Very impressed with this hotel. I prefer it to other hotels in the area rated with 4 stars. Upon entry you immediately feel that the lobby, bar area, and restaurant are a step above the other hotels in the area. The exercise room and spa are a definite plus - quite unusual for European hotels of this type. Only complaint was that there was not internet access available in the rooms during my stay. It was not a problem, because there was complimentary internet access in the public areas, which worked well. But this did seem like a shortcoming. They should correct that.

Hotel is not terrible. Its about an hour bus ride outside of the city of Como. It sits right about the middle of the lake. Easy access to the bus and hydrofoil. Super easy bus ride to Menaggio and quick boat to Bellagio. Quick area and hotel. Really nice people. Great to have WIFI. Our room, 221, had an amazing view of the lake. Probably the hardest bed in all of Europe and not knowing it was that long of a bus ride, or 60 Euro taxi ride, would be good to know.

We used this hotel as a base for the F1 weekend at Monza. Since the GP was the main focus of our trip, we were simply looking for a cheap and cheerful... bed for the night - we weren't looking for or expecting full hotel luxury. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was scrupulously clean, conveniently located, easy to find. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. The biggest bonus for us was the little restaurant. We had been expecting to have to look for a local restaurant for our evening meal each night. However, the hotel restaurant offered a very nice selection of simple and delicious dinners each night - excellent quality, huge portions and extremely well priced. Hotellet lå belejligt fra Bergamo lufthavn. Det er et slidt hotel med venligt men langsomt personale. Værelserne var noget hostelagtige. Vi spiste i restauranten - lad være med det - kedelig mad, og vi skulle flere gange gøre opmærksom på hvad vores bestilling indeholdt. Da maden kom var noget frossent endnu, altså var det forsøgt optøet i mikroovn, […] noget var råt og noget forkert. Det gik med en overnatning og fordi vi viste at vi kun havde 10 min til lufthavnen. Hotellet var jättefint och personalen var trevlig. Dock ligger det så pass långt ut från bergamo att det blir jobbigt att ta sig. Läget är egentligen annars fint och en extremt fin utsikt från hotellet ger extra plus. Okej frukost, men kanske lite snål med tanke på stjärnorna.

Vi blev först mycket besvikna då vi kom fram. Nersläckt, låst och med en lapp på italienska på dörren som vi inte kunde tyda. Klockan var halv 9 på söndagkvällen och jag drog mig för att leta efter nytt boende. Men....vi gick runt och kikade i fönster och smet in då en annan av de få gästerna kvistade ut. Skumt! Sedan blev vi väl mottagna och hotellet […] var mkt fint, rent och modernt. Pizzerian vid kyrkan blev vår räddning för kvällen då även restaurangen var stängd. Rekommenderas. En halvtimmes resväg till flygplatsen då vi skulle med ett tidigt flyg. Vi var nöjda! Här kan ni bo. Hoppas att alla rummen vetter mot baksidan för vägen utanför är trafikerad. Read more

Hyvä palvelu, englanninkielentaitoa henkilökunnalla voisi vähän kehittää. Huomaa että pääosa asiakkaista on saksalaisia. Muuten ystävällinen ja hyvä ilmapiiri. Hotelli siisti ja ruoka erittäin hyvää ja edullista.

De mensen in het hotel zijn ontzettend vriendelijk! Wanneer je een vraag hebt staan zij jou direct te woord! We hadden een rottige vlucht zodat we pas in de nacht aankwamen in het hotel. We had a good time, nothing to complain. Only the major road just outside the hotel led to some noise disturbance during the night.

Il n'y a q'une dizaine de chambres qui peuvent rentrer dans la catégorie d'un 3 étoiles. Quant à l'accueil et le restaurant, on l'assimilerait plutôt à une pension de famille et non pas à un hotel de cette catégorie.

Eu não me hospedaria de novo nestre Hotel. Ao contrário do que foi veiculado no site, o Hotel fica muito distante do aeroporto de Orio Al Serio. O atendimento é péssimo e indiferente, não há qualquer esforço por parte do staff. Vou dar um exemplo: eu estava com o carrinho da minha filha e perguntei se poderia deixar o mesmo na recepção. Não obtive resposta […] positiva ou negativa, mas somente um chacoalhar de ombros, como quem diz, "se quiser deixa aí, não tenho nada com isso." Por fim, os quartos foram reservados com ar condicionado e minibar, mas não tinham. O quarto é pequeno e os móveis grandes, a desproporção é desconfortante. O atendimento parece ser feito pelas donas, entretanto, estas não estão nem aí para os hóspedes. A cidade é ótima e contratasta com esse mau humor. Estavamos em um restaurante, a noite, quando começou a chover. O dono do restaurante nos levou para o Hotel no carro dele. Dois amigos que preferiram ficar no Hotel e chegaram 15 minutos antes do encerramento do restaurante do próprio Hotel, mas foram impedidos de servir-se, pois estava prestes a fechar.
