I was incredibly displeased with this hotel. The only reason I stayed was the hassle it would have been to change to another hotel late in the day. I booked a non-smoking room because I'm extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, but when I arrived, they told me they only had smoking rooms. "Not worth the money"

I had a hard time with my GPS getting there, but once I found it, I realized it is right near the on and off ramp for 35. The staff was friendly. My room was a little too cold, but I didn't mind. I booked a room here for a quick stay to meet up with family for dinner. I got to the hotel and nobody was at the front desk. I called the main number, nothing. I finally got a hold of someone at the headquarters and said somebody would be on their way. My family showed up. I have been traveling for 2 days and badly needed a shower. Finally an employee came up, said she was "helping another guest" and checked me in. She smelled like smoke (this was 25 min after I arrived). "I was wary going in, but I left pleased!"
Our reservation was made for one night only so my expectations were that if our stay was fair to bad, it would only be for one night! I was a bit surprised to find that the lobby wasn't much of one! You walked through the entrance door to voila! find the check-in desk immediately to your left and the elevator to the right and that was the lobby! However, […] the receptionist was quite friendly and helpful. We stayed on a non-smoking floor and I was very pleased that there were no lingering bad odors coming from the carpeted hallway. We entered our room, which appeared very clean, and also, I wasn't expecting to find a kitchenette in our room! The sheets were clean and the pillows were firm and comfy. The pillow top mattress was another unexpected surprise and I was able to have a very decent night's sleep on it even though I sleep on a memory foam mattress at home due to my arthritis. Do not expect breakfast here, that is the purpose of the kitchenettes. Upon check-in we were informed that a light breakfast spread would be placed on the table to the side of us, where we stood. The table looked to be approximately 20" x 36", so we knew not to expect a big banquet! But, if you don't want to cook your own breakfast in the room kitchenette, there is a Denny's across the street and Ikea's 99 cent breakfast just a short distance away! "Last place I would choose to stay"
The room didn't look anything like the website for starters and there was a leak under the sink and they didn't have anyone available to fix it and the room was like a sauna when we walked in so they moved us to another room. There was no ice machine in the entire place, and no ice trays in the freezer, and about an inch and a half of ice caked up around […] the freezer in the fridge and everything we put in it froze so when we got something out to eat it had to be thawed first. The room I booked through this site is not what I received. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke and a smoking room is all they had.
