The hotel rooms (not apartments) are very noisy as they look out at a very busy road. Ear plugs can help though. Very pleasant staff - always ready to help, and the welcome drink came up as a nice and timely touch. Altogether, it was good value for money. The Pereybere beach is small but very nice, suitable for swimming. There's a small travel agency downstairs, we bought a trip to Ile o Cerfs from them for a very reasonable price and the trip was very enjoyable!

The Grand Mauritian is a professionally run and very nice hotel resort in the Turtle Bay area of Mauritius. It is best suited for families or those seeking to relax and separate themselves from the outside world. If you're looking to connect with the culture of Mauritius and easily see its sights, then The Grand Mauritian might not be the best choice. It is an area comprised solely of resorts, so one is not able to head out on foot, and anything you might want to see or any restaurant or shopping is at least a 30 minute taxi drive away. As a result, you're left with the resorts entertainment and food for most (if not all) of your stay. Still, the beach was very nice, quiet and relaxing. And, the resort offers many watersports for free. Recommended for families or those seeking to break away from the grind.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and the staff got to know us and what we liked. The manager/owner came to greet us soon after arrival which was a nice touch and showed that they care about making the stay as enjoyable as possible.
Location.
Situated in Pointe aux Cannoniers, La Pointe Villas is close to Canonnier Beach, Trou aux Biches Beach, and Grand Bay Beach. Also nearby are Mont Choisy Beach and Merville Beach.
Property Features.

由于国人去毛里求斯通常都是通过旅行社或者代理，然后入住食宿全包的度假村，所以打算和太太去自由行之前，竟在网上查不到太多可以参考的自由行住宿信息。于是抱着试试看和买个保险的想法，预定了这家别墅式度假酒店后，又预定了国人们常规会去住的艾美度假村。其实第一眼看见La Pointe Villas的时候就有点后悔多余预订艾美了。这个别墅太美了，花团锦簇、绿树掩映，游泳池在庭院中央，室内厨房、厨具、卫生间、洗浴间一应俱全，要知道这里的价格只是艾美的四分之一啊。尽管我们预定的艾美住宿包含早餐和晚餐，但也是将近两千个大洋啊！第二天早上在鸟鸣中醒来，呼吸着带有绿草气息的新鲜空气，再次打量La Pointe Villas时，更加怀疑只在这里住3天是否短了一些。开车出去转了转，才发现这里位居毛球富人区的中心位置， […] 距离毛球最好的三个公共海滩非常近，而且周围遍布各种餐馆、酒吧和海上项目中心，距离购物中心和大型超市开车也只有5分钟距离。 Read more

Court séjour très agréable dans un appartement bien entretenu, très fonctionnel et disposant de toutes les commodités (cuisine équipée, climatisation, Wifi, ...). Gardien très sympathique et disponible pour toute demande de services ou renseignements pratiques.
