Overall, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and the showers were hot. The only minor issues we experienced included: the fitness room equipment... being out of order for our entire 10-day stay and the drink vending machine being sold out of everything for the whole stay. We were pleasantly acknowledged by the staff each time we arrived or departed the hotel. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay at this location again. fairly clean rooms, good service. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. The only thing i hated was the pillows. Feels like 4 feathers stuffed in a bag. Your head hits the bed and the pillow is no help at all. Would rather have a cheap ploy filled pillow. Hard to get comfortable with it.

The outside of the hotel was questionable and the surroundings are a little rough. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are updated with nice showers. The TV's are more like monitors. Overall I would stay here again during my business travel.

Check in was quick and easy. The location was easy to find, and there were plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. The breakfast was fine - not a large variety, but it was good. There was one instance where the elevator wasn't working, so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but other than that, everything else was great.

Everything about this place was nice. Quit never once heard any noise from out side my room. The only issue was the ice machine on my floor did not work, but it was not a major issue since the ice machine on the first floor was right out side the elevator. Very nice place.

we had to evacuate due to wild fires and found the staff wonderful. the first room had air conditioning problems and they moved us with no problems. The room was very nice and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. All in all a great stay

This Comfort Suite was perfectly located to visit the Renaissance Festival and also the Showboat Drive-In Theater. We especially loved the breakfast, which went until 10am on the weekend -- ideal for us late sleepers. Good spread also!

I thought the hotel was perfect expect there was a smell. It smelled like the hotel had just been exterminated heavy! I would rather smell the bug spray then see a bug so it wasnt to big of a deal. The room was very nice and roomy!
