I stayed for almost two weeks and found the hotel and all staff to be very friendly with close proxamity to the lovely beach. It was reasonably priced witha very varied breakfast on offer every day. Would be happy to recomend it to others.

Superb location! The hotel is a little 'tired' but staff friendly, helpful and it's great value for the price. All very comfortable except the beds hard and pillows. You have to pay for wifi which seems a little unusual in Phuket. Nai harn beach is gorgeous.

Great setting and a visually stunning hotel, you cant get better for a beach front hotel... honest! However, there is always a downside. Toilet and sink both blocked, and staf just not interested in sorting these out. Resulting in constantly having to use the main toilets in the hotel and brushing teeth while in the shower. Smell of sewerage outside […] of room. Requested 2000 Baht deposit on check-in, beware! Staff apparently speak English, but very poorly and you often walk away wondering whether you were understood (invariably not) or have to complete a form yourself (!). Often asked where I could get info about various things such as hiring a bike etc, always vaguely gestured out to the front in the general direction of where to go and get help rather than assist you to get advice. Would not stay in again, in fact this has put me off all seasons hotels for good. Because of the distance from alot of activities, you are likely to be charged 100-300 Baht per person extra for any excursions you book... check before you book and let them know where you are staying in advance and ask if there is a surcharge. Un hôtel de rêve avec une piscine au top et des chambres de rêve. Nous avions la chambre qui donne sur la piscine d'où notre avis positif car il n'y a pas d'autre piscine et les autres chambres doivent se sentir lésées (elles y ont accès mais c'est moins pratique). angenehmes Urlaubshotel. Frühstücksbuffet komfortabel und/aber ausbaufähig. Service absolut in Ordnung. Hatte währen des Aufenthaltes Geburtstag und gegen Abend kommt das "Happy Birthday Überraschungstörtchen auf`s Zimmer - Sehr schön... Strand und nähere Umgebung sehr gut. Wenig bis gar keine "Veilbietung von Waren u. Dienstleistungen" am Strand und […] drumherum!!! Empfehlenswert: für ca. 250 Baht/Euro6,75 am Tag Mofa/ Roller leihen(an div. Verleih Stationen) und nähere Gegend erkunden. Aber Achtung-Linksverkehr... Sehr schöne Ocean view`s und div. günstige Restaurant sind zu entdecken. Les chambres sont confortables. Petit dej très agréable avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine est grande et agréable. L'environnement est très agréable, il suffit de traverser la route pour accéder à la plage, qui est magnifique. A recommander.

Hotelli sijaitsee hankalien kulkuyhteyksien päässä muualta, mutta lähellä hyvää rantaa. Liikkumiseen saarella muualle (Phuket town, Kata, Karon tai Chalong) tarvitsee skootterin tai auton. Kirjautuessa hotelliin täytyi odottaa kolme päivää, ennen kuin toistuvista pyynnöistä huolimatta huoneeseen tuotiin pyyhkeet.
