I stayed at this hotel for my sons basic training graduation. The room was dirty, no hot water, the pool was not maintained and it was not cleaned during my 4 day stay. For two days, they didn't even take our dirty towel out of the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This was not worth of the money spend. The comforter was quite old and not clean. Everything in the toilet (flush, shower etc) needs significant maintenance. Don't use the toilet bowl unless you're completely sure that the flush is working properly. There was no remote for the TV. The internet was very slow and disconnected very often. The less said about the breakfast the better.

The hotel is conveniently located on the access road of the freeway. However, there are no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. Thankfully, we had a can of Lysol spray with us, because the room smelled musty and there was mold in the bathroom. If all the hotels that you call are booked, this one will do--bring the Lysol. We had a comfortable bed, a place to hang our clothes, a TV, and relatively quiet surroundings. The pillows were too soft; the television required manual operation (no remote); and there was no clock/radio. The hotel clerk didn't offer coffee, although I saw a coffee pot and sugar/creamer on a table in the lobby. In a pinch, it will do.

THe Hotel was NOT that bad to start off with, but it was hard to get to because of the construction of the freeways. The free internet was pretty cool, we were able to get directions via the internet, but the room was not anything spectacular just a room and bathroom, but when visiting SAN ANTONIO that is all YOU need.

This is the worst hotel I ever been, The room was a Non smoking and it smells as an ashtray as well as all the clothes that were impregnated with the smell, It had all the blankets burned with ashtray, It wasnt a King size bed as they offer, the ceilings were like drums and i was at the top level, I got complaints from the bottom neighbor, There was a lot of mold in my bethroom with a forever leak. This Motel should be under the lowest rates if you want to consider stay.

Advertised the rooms as having fridge and microwave and it didn't have either. Nor was there an ice machine. There was only TEPID water in the room. After complaining the temperature was adjusted, but the hot and cold water was reversed in the sink and shower. The soap was unusable (we bought soap) because it was crumbly. We also bought toilet paper because the quality was worse than the cheapest ever seen in a public restroom. The bath towels were too small. The office was closed on Friday morning and no answer when dialing 0; therefore, no coffee, juice or sweetroll as advertised.

First of all the room are totally not what you expect from what you see in the pictures from the site... We were booked for 4 guest, 2 adults and 2 young children for 3 days 2 nights... we booked a non-smoking room and it was but it had the overwhelming stench of cigaretts not to mention numberous cigarett burns on the bed linens and carpet... refrigerator was old and smelled of mold and did not cool. The microwave was rusted and did not work properly... My wife and I made sure that when we booked a room that the hotel provided wi-fi.. This one claimed it did but did not work at all through out our whole stay... To get to the hotel you need to go through a whole neighborhood of homes which consists of many turns.. complicated to get to basicallly.. Only thing that I can say positively is that it is smack in the middle of everything you need... The location is close to many restaraunts, stores, and Sea World, which happend to be our reason for needing the room, we are from out of town... I do not recommend this hotel especially for vacation purposes.

I do not recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. The property is rundown and the surrounding neighborhood looked pretty scary. My wife and I planned a last minute vacation for our family and were limited to hotel options due to spring breakers. The price and pictures on the website looked decent and convinced us to book it. Once we arrived on the property, we knew we were in for it. When we went to our room, there was an awful cigarette stench even though the room was considered non-smoking. The furniture was covered with soiled stains and looked like something that was pulled out of the garbage dumpster. The second room that we reserved for my parents had the exact same characteristics. I immediately checked out, was charged for the night even though I did not stay and went to another hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I was pleased with the location because we were going to Seaworld and the Zoo, the hotel was central to both. The man when I checked in was very nice, but the room was less than desireable. There was no trash can, the pillows were about 1 1/2 inches thick, and it looked like the room had not been updated since 1970.
