Hotel was in a well used condition, nothing fancy with no shampoo or amenities in the bathroom when we arrived. We did not use this as an extended stay but two nights for a weekend activity. It is near the highway (convenient for business travel), but the neighborhood is less than desirable. 3 police officers paid a "visit" to my neighbor a few doors down & this incident went on for more than an hour. Good clean hotel. Had a nice kitchen that we didn't expect to have. They gave us toothbrushes since we forgot ours, along with blow dryer, and had a free continental breakfast. The only downfall is that the wall heater wouldn't work. We called at midnight and they immediately brought us some blankets for the night. Good place.

You had to go to the lobby to get fresh towels, soap or toilet paper, If you were not in the 6am rush there was no " continental" breakfast, The whole Building wreaked of tobacco and my non smoking room was fumigated with lysol. This hotel is located in a decent & quite area, it is about 2 minutes away from shopping centers & restaruants. It is about 6-8 minutes away from downtown area. The rooms are very cozy and the staff are amazing, every time I come to Santa Rosa, I choose that hotel. I just live it's location & coziness.

The staff here is exceptional. They surpassed going above and beyond the call of duty by leaps and bounds. After an ugly experience at the Goodnite Inn (which is a pit), it was after hours and the office at the Extended Stay was closed. We were very unimpressed with this hotel. We booked because of th larger room and free breakfast, but breakfast turned out to be coffee and Chewy Bars. We had to ask in the lobby for soap to use to wash our hands (it wasn't provided by the hotel unless you asked). The maids must go through the rooms at 90. Not only did they miss the little lumps but a strainer basket off of the coffe pot was on the floor under the table. The bathroom fixtures were old, chiped, covered with paint from the last time the un-qualified person attempted to paint the room. I was in a handi-cap room where the plumbing pipes under the […] bathroom sink are visible and there was at least 1/4" of dirt, dust, whatever on the pipes. If you smoke like a chimney and don't use the internet much, then this is the place for you! I booked a non-smoking room and the cigarette smoke coming from outside through my door would fill the room with smoke at all hours (3am!). It was so awful I had to move to another room. They don't have a designated smoking area and people smoke everywhere. […] It's disgusting. Also, they advertise free wi-fi except they only let you use it for email or business as they call it. They shut you off if you use your computer for movies, graphics, music, almost anything else. I had to call IT twice to get my access back. They don't tell you that upfront. It's very frustrating. I had to go elsewhere to use my computer. Not worth the money staying here. You'll be disappointed, sick from the cigarette smoke and frustrated trying to use your computer. Read more

The stay was fine except for the loud family next door that was hanging out in the hallway all night, kids runnig up and down the walkway and when they open their door, they kept letting it slam. If you want a quiet space, ask not to be next to a large family with kids. The walls are thin.

This hotel was simply OK. It was not as clean as I would have liked. The kitcheonette sink was dirty and I needed to use a fork so I found one that seemed dirty. I didn't want to walk around barefoot either. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
