Brandon is a residential suburb that lies east of downtown. Nearby, blue-ribbon agriculture is on display annually at the Florida State Fairgrounds. South of Brandon in Apollo Beach, manatees flock by a waterside power plant when the water temperature cools. The aquatic mammals are best seen at Tampa Electric’s Manatee Viewing Center, which is also a haven for butterflies and birds.

The Springhill Suites in Brandon is clean, nice and easy to find. The rates were reasonable. The room was spacious. The only thing that negative I would say is the extra firm matress took some getting used to.

This hotel is a great value - very reasonably priced and comfortable. I was impressed by the room, which included a sleeping area as well as sitting area, microwave and refrigerator. Continental breakfast was a great bonus and had lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed with the high level professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean and quiet, very well maintained. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel room was very clean, very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I was very impressed for the price. I will most likely stay again at this particular location and I surely recommended it to all my friends.

The location of this hotel was convenient as long as you don't mind traveling for close to twenty minutes. It was about that long to get to our restaurant of choice as well as Busch Gardens. Additionally, when we had an issue pop up with the toilet it was resolved in a matter of seconds by a man who was wearing a suit and seemed very managerial. The continental breakfast was delicious and adequately stocked. The price definitely makes this hotel our choice when we travel to the Tampa area.

We had a very comfortable room that was clean and offered a nice sitting area with a wet bar and flat screen television. Other than dealing with cardkeys which made opening the door very tricky, we had a wonderful stay.

This was an awesome place to stay. The room was very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful with directions to places to go. The pool was outstandingly clean. We would definaltly stay here again when visitiong Tampa.

I have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels over the past few years, and I found Springhill Suites to be outstanding in comparison. The hotel reps made the guest feel welcome and explained the hotels rules and facilities with the customer and offered additional assistance if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we will be making reservation at Springhill in the very near future. This hotel is clean and inviting to the guest. Great customer service, clean rooms, good food, health faciity on premise, great location...overall excellent!

The Springhill Suites has a very modernized step up for rooms. The feel of the queen with fold out couch layout was one of neo-modern comfort. The beds are extremely comfortable and the air conditioning has the added convenience of a wall thermostat. The office area includes a spacious desk for spreading out documents or providing a place for a laptop. The work out room has more to be desired but it caters to the aerobic minded individual, no weights present. The position right off the highway allows for great access to the interior of Florida just south of Bartow and also to the large byways running north and south. The pool area offers a decent size pool for a refreshing dip as well as a six person jacuzzi for warm on a chilly night. The great plus is the plethora of restuarants no more than a half mile down the road. Driving time to Tampa is about 10 minutes in moderate traffic with the trip to Tampa International Airport taking about 15-20 minutes to the terminal.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, confortable ..... everything you want when you are away from home. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Have never seen such a great selection of food for free. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to make recommendation to anyone and will very likely find ourselves staying at another of you facilities.
