Extended Stay America - Houston - Northwest - Houston

I stay at this hotel whenever I am in Houston on Business. It has a convenient location close to major highways and excellent restaurants right across the freeway. I usually never have issues here but this last trip there was a problem with the toilet draining slow that it took them a day to address. They could not find a plunger and there was a Target […] and a WalMart right across the street. I travel with my own food so I cannot vouch for their breakfast, but it looks like to they put up a respectable effort. Read more

Overall this was a good hotel to stay at but the entire bed setup was dated. Comforter set was old looking and the mattress was uncomfortable. They would have to change all of that before I stay here again.

Had a great experience at Extended Stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and would definitely stay at this location or another Extended Stay location again. We travel a lot and use extended stay for everything but overnight stays. This one was one of the worst we have ever used. The staff was OK but the room is just the size of a regular hotel room with a tiny 'kitchen' tucked in a corner. No dishwasher and only two of anything. You eat/snack...you wash. Here is not so bad. However bath room can not have hair shampoo and conditioner. It is amazing! Other was average hotel. If breakfast can available more early time, it is strong point for short tripper.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Kitchen was a bit sparse--one fork, spoon, knife, and no baking pans. The staff at this location were excellent - friendly, efficient, professional. Felt right at home for the short stay we had. After three days we were converts to Extended Stay hotels. Had all the amenities we needed plus free parking and quick access to highways. Several shopping centers are within a 5 min drive. Immaculate rooms including bathroom […] and kitchen.
