I was there on business and I was literally in the hotel for about 2 hrs total! My mom and daughter were there much more than I was...but the room was clean and beds pretty comfy! We were in the new side and it was very nice!

Enjoyed my stay at this fine Hotel. The rooms I've stayed in during my two visits have had an interior view to the atrium in the mall. Lots of sunlight with complete privacy of the mirrored glass.

After viewing all the other reviews, I selected this hotel. What a pleasant surprise. Restaurant for dinner is pricey but worth it. The breakfast (by voucher) is way above what you would normally see on a breakfast buffet.Will definitely stay at Best Western Plus again. White Spot Restaurant across the street is upscale and food is wonderful.

We would rate that all the features in the Hotel were excellent for the price we paid. Parking right inside the Hotel Campus, Reception was excellent; Room was clean, convenient and well maintained. This was my first time to stay at this hotel and I can say that I was pleased. Other than some loud hotel guests in the hallway at 1:00 AM, this was a very pleasant place to stay. Clean and well located, for our purposes.

I have stayed at the Days Inn Hotels many times over the last few years and have always been satisfied. This time however was not a good stay due to a noise in the wall of the bathroom. This steady clunking/banging kept us awake through three nights. When I approached the front desk to complain I was told there was some air in the lines. This was not […] air and sounded like a pump of some sort as the sound was very regular and prolonged. I was not satisfied and feel that I wasted my money staying there. Very warm and welcoming atmoshpere after a day on the road. Counter personnel nicely uniformed, efficient and courteous at all times. Room well maintained with window that opens for fresh air.
