But this place was a mess.Tried three rooms and still did not find one that was acceptable. On the last try I was told to make sure I figured it out within 15 minutes or I couldn't try again.     I would never stay here again. The lights in my room didn't work. I was treated very poorly by the desk clerk The buusiness center was broken so I wasn't able to print my work for the next day. The jets for the hot tub were not working. It was the worst hotel experience I had in 20 years.

    I enjoyed our stay, we were in town for a funeral at the Bowlings Funeral Home. The pool area really needs some attention. The trees and flowers were about dead and the hot tub was way to HOT!.

    The staff was very helpful and friendly, however we were a bit disappointed in the upkeep of the place. It is definitely a lower scale hotel. Also, we found a dirty washrag on top of our shower curtain making us wonder if any details were taken when the room was cleaned.

    The outside of the hotel looks like it's recently been remodeled. Inside looks older, but is still in generally good condition.     Hard to find in the dark. Really needs some updating. The breakfast was very sparse... generic cereal... cheap breads... some kind of egg 'discs' that didn't taste like anything. The Lobby smelled like a chlorine pool.

    Thank You Quality Inn for an outstanding hotel. It was nice to be able to have an indoor pool, along with the great breakfast that is provided. Excellent beds, they were very comfortable to sleep in. It was nice to know what was available in the area as far as eating places, and sight seeing. We will definetly be back.

    I checked in after 5 PM...I was checked in and given a room that was not ready as the bed was stripped and unmade. The room doors open to the outside and it was in the high nineties with high humidity. After a 45 minute wait and meeting 3 of the housekeeping staff assuring me they'd get the room finished soon, it was finally done The room took quite […] some time to cool down once the bed was made and I could actually close it and keep it closed. The housekeeping staff were friendly. The lady that checked me in was also very pleasant. The continental breakfast set up could use some work. Items are not in a good order and people were bumping into each other and trying to get to the item they wanted. On the morning I checked out, I waited at the front desk for approximately 15 minutes for a clerk. I heard someone in the area behind the desk, so I walked around to the side entrance and found two of the housekeeping staff and asked if they help me find someone to check me out. I was told I could find him in the kitchen area. I went to the kitchen area, not a staff person. The door was cracked, and I knocked and waited. A male clerk was crouched down, talking on the telephone and did not acknowledge I had knocked. Frustrated, I went back to the front desk, laid my key cards on the desk and told the housekeeping staff who directed me toward the kitchen to tell them I checked out and left. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving, but, if you're just looking for a place to put your head and luggage and don't really care about customer service, this is a good choice. I will not be checking in to a Quality Inn again. I'll pay the extra money and stay at a Hampton. Read more

    I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't recommend this hotel. I thought it was wonderful, and was very pleased with the price. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were cloud-like. I was pleasantly suprised. Will definately stay again.

    Arrived at the hotel after a full day on the road. The Hotel is a little difficult to find off I75 at night. The room, breakfast, and service were all very good.
