Rooms were clean. Gated. Next to just about everything,but off the beaten path a bit too which was nice. Had some kitchen items, but not everything, but helpful. Washer and dryer included and nice screened in balcony. Right next to Holiday Trails.

We stayed here as the last leg of our FL trip and it was amazing the difference of having separate rooms, living room, and kitchen how it felt more like home than the other hotels we had stayed in. This place is like a 1 bedroom furnished apartment (the sofa bed is really uncomfortable). It's only 10 minutes away from disney, which is why we chose it. It's older, but seems to be maintained pretty well. There's a nice area for kids to play and you are right next to "Old Town" (which is an overpriced amusement park). There isn't a housekeeping service […] that brings you fresh towels and cleans up your room everyday. We didn't mind that, but if that's something you look forward to, you may want to look elsewhere. The Barefoot Suites are a gem in the rough. Our stay at in a 2 bedroom condo at Barefoot Suites was very enjoyable. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and stocked with whatever supplies one would need including toiletries, paper products, kitchen soaps, etc. The grounds were well kept and the pool and spa/hot […] tub were clean and maintained. The location is not in the best looking "neighborhood" but we never felt unsafe. The hotel is secure with fencing and a gated entry. It is across the street from The Old Town amusement park and very conveniently located to all of the Disney parks. We will stay at the Barefoot Suites again in the future. Read more

We arrived in Orlando a day earlier than planned and our hotel we booked were full so we couldn't check in a day earlier which led us to this place. Barefoot suites was very clean, and comfortable for our night stay but I didn't like at check in the staff didn't know anything. Would there be extra charges, deposit, etc. They get a copy of your credit […] card and tell you at check out they will tell you if there are additional charges. Well at check out they still didn't know they say or we will call you. Unacceptable when you have my credit card on file, that just doesn't make me feel comfortable. What other charges could there be aside from the resort fee for each night you stay which I wasn't sure if I had paid that at the time of booking or not. The hotel was very clean and the rooms appeared to be updated. The staff was very helpfull when needed. The pool area and ground were in good condtion and well kept up. The grounds were gated so that only visitors and staff had access. There was a Publix grocery store within 2 miles. The location was great for visiting any of the Disney parks or any […] other major parks. It took about 15 minutes to get to Disney parks or Sea World. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was considering the low rate. We had 2 small children and it was so convenient with the washer/dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. The room had plenty of space for baby stuff like the stroller. We will definenenly stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this suite during the first week of February. We had a wonderful experience at Barefoot suites. Since it was a planned 10 day stay, we wanted to stay somewhere comfortable where we had access to a kitchen and refrigerator and not be charged with a hidden fee. This place was perfect!!! The one bed room suite was exactly as […] advertised and we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. Contrary to other reviews about safety, we felt very safe at this location-front gates were closed at all times. Old town is located across the street which can be uncomfortable for some but noise was not a problem once in our room. It is very close to Disney parks and eateries. The hotel conditions are good and with a great advantage because of its location. While I did not use the pools, are shown as a good area. If it is important to repair the entrance gate or from check-in to indicate the number to make a quick entry.

These are true suites. There was a separate bedroom and a nice kitchen and living room. The bathroom was very large. Everything was in good shape and very clean. The pool area is large and inviting. The location is convenient to get to the theme parks or lots of services. But it is jammed in the middle of the carnival feel of Highway 192. The suites […] are great for a longer stay since they really are more like apartments. Barefoot Suites, however, isn’t a full service hotel. There’s no bar or restaurant. I booked a one BR suite but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom. It had a handicapped-equipped bath so I suspect they had kept it open until the weekend. I was amazed at the size of the 2 BR suite. They call it a kitchenette but it's a full kitchen. Bring coffee filters and your own coffee if you want a decent cup the first morning. Bottled water helps too. […] The room looks exactly like the pictures. Mine was VERY large, maybe 750 square feet? Apartment size. A washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise; I would have packed lighter if I had known. Also has a screened-in private balcony, the windows open and have screens. BR in back was very quiet with birds chirping in AM. Right across from Old Town so some noise from the roller coaster at night but only in the front. Old Town has car shows on Friday and Saturday nights. Fun "town" to walk at night. I was woman alone and felt safe when walking back. Well lit and hotel is gated. Near all popular chains of restaurants and stores. Right off highway. Didn't use the pool area but very clean and well maintained. Security roams the buildings and grounds at night. I got a deal but would stay again even for more especially when traveling with others. Will definitely always look to book here when in Orlando area. Read more

Everything was brand new. For the money spent there was a lot of space and extras. Not the easiest to find for the first time, but covenient to restaurants etc. Staff was friendly, but not tremendously energetic. Bottom line is this place is an excellent value, clean, and convenient.

Great timeshare ! I was in the tower and the suite has everything you need. I loved getting up every morning to feed the deer and see the gators. The staff was so helpful. They even let us check out at noon with no extra cost. The barefoot is right across the street from old town which was a plus as I was able to walk there daily for meals, drinks and […] entertainment . The only downside to the barefoot is that you have to pay for wifi and often the tower doesn't connect. For me it wasnt a deal breaker as many of the shops and places at old town have free wifi. Overall, I'd rate my stay 4 out of 5. We had a very nice 2 bedroom condo. It was clean, everything we needed was there. Check-in and Check-Out went very smoothly. We are pretty low maintenance and don't require much once we're checked in. PROS: Clean, Lots of space for the Price, Pool, Playground for kids, 15 mins from Disney, Close to the interstate. […] CONS: As mentioned, the lack of internet is very 2002 paying 8 bucks a day for wifi that isn't all that successful at getting signal to some areas of the resort isn't cool. The direct area outside of the resort (Old Town) is kind of shady. Lots of less than stellar looking people roaming around. You do hear some noise from the Old Town "amusement park". It goes til about midnight. It won't be a big deal to most people, if you're traveling with smaller kids that go to bed early it might be somewhat objectionable. Overall, the value for what you pay is great here. Not a lot of over the top frills, but it should be more than enough for most travelers. Read more

Arrived an was impressed with the property. My expectations were only exceeded from there. Room was spotless, full kitchen, extremely large room. You are right across from "oldtown" so the kids love it. The noise stops at eleven their, but after a day in the parks, coming back to a nice room with some privacy makes old town a non- issue.
