We absolutely loved our room at Homewood Suites in Fort Collins. It was very spacious and comfortable. The King bed was a little hard for our comfort, but the room overall was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I would make only one suggestion, that the hotel put wine glasses in the room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Our kids loved the outdoor basketball court. The atrium was the perfect place to order in dinner and hang out with friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with a family. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the game room with fussball, pool & boardgames -- and the basketball court!! Breakfast was great -- although it wouldn't hurt to upgrade to a better quality coffee. All in all though, excellent!

I am so happy that I made the switch to this property because it was so clean, comfortable and accommodating! We had plenty of space in the living area for four card tables, chairs, and lots of supplies without getting in each others space. This hotel was great! We had our 3 grandchildren -- 12,10 & 7 and there was enough room for all of us to sleep and not get into each other's way. The staff was amazingly accomodating. Lots of fun things the kids could do while right there at the hotel. Traffic was not fun and it was hard to get somewhere quick & come back.

We stayed at Home Wood Suites in August 2012 for three nights. (We were dropping our son off at college.) The hotel location was very centrally located in Fort Collins, but not next to the University (as that area is rather old and a little shabby). Lots of restaurants close by including IHOP across the street and a Sanford's restaurant. Our room had […] a nicely appointed kitchen with real appliances and dishes and glasses. There was excellent internet connectivity, a comfortable couch, and desk. The area felt spacious with the bedroom portion separated from the eatting and realxing area. The room was spotless and quiet. Hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated with high end touches (granite,luxurious bedding, special lighting, etc.). The indoor pool and spa were very clean and fun to use. There is a game room with a pool table, foos ball table, etc. LOTS of DVD movies which were remarkably current. The morning breakfast (included) was better than most hotels have (real scrambled eggs, bacon, good coffee, fruits, cereals, breads, etc.). The only negatives for me was (a) no magnified make-up mirror and (b) there was only a shower and not a soaking tub. (I don't know if that is true for all rooms or not, so if a tub is important to you then you should ask.) Price was not dirt cheap but it wasn't expensive either. It is priced in the middle range and gave a huge value to us. We will come and stay there again. Read more

After living at Homewood for a month, I would gladly do it again. The service was excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping, to those that prepared and served the dinners. The rooms were always clean. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook some of our own meals. Having a dishwasher was very nice as well. The satellite TV service […] had a great selection of channels, though the TVs themselves were pretty small by modern standards. They served dinner Monday through Thursday, and the dinner selection was pretty good. Sometimes they had a hard time keeping up with the crush of patrons at hot dinner hours. There also was often a lack of seating at breakfast time. They did set up additional tables in the courtyard for overflow. They also allowed us to use the propane grills to cook our own meat when desired. The workout room was a bare minimum--really only a treadmill and elliptical. The indoor pool was a standard hotel pool. The internet service is free, but it was very slow--probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. The laundry facilities were small, but adequate--you had to plan to do your laundry when others did not need it. The location of the hotel is excellent! There are lots of places to bike and run. Lots of food options, shopping, and a movie theater within 1-2 miles. I plan to bring our group and stay at this hotel again. Read more

This was our first time at Homewood Suites and we will definitely stay there again. It was family friendly, and had a nice fitness room and pool.
