The room was a nice size and was clean. However the beds were lumpy and squeaky. In room internet was non-existant despite Wi-Fi advertising. It was ok for what I required and priced adequately.

I am a local and sometimes you just want to getaway with your someone special. I have stayed here a couple of times before and have always been satisfied with everything. This time they did not have my room quite ready but the lobby was comfortable and the staff was good. Overall it was a good experience.

My six day stay was quite pleasant. Despite the briskness of the weather that week, the heated pool was a much appreciated surprise and a venue of relaxation for me. Staff where friendly and respectful.

I was totally disatisfied with my most recent stay. I was put in a smoking room the first night, the floor was not vacuumed, the towels had hair on them and the tub did not drain properly. Being that I paid for the room in advance, they moved me to another room and this one was no better. Again the floor was not vacuumed and there was a roach in the […] bathroom. Very clean,room was somewhat spacious we had a great time staying there.If wasn't for the smell comming out the water plant next door when the wind blows it in out direction everything would of been perfect. The Good thing is that you don't smell it when in your room only when getting to your car.

Very strong chemical/cleaner & smoke smell in the non-smoking rooms! Someone else's hair on sheets & towels; holes in sheets; could feel the springs through the mattress & woke up with terrible back pain every morning; could hear EVERY movement & conversation in the rooms above, beside, & outside--kept me awake all night, every night. Shower leaked […] & so whole bathroom would have water on the floor after each shower. Old, dirty carpet. They did not keep the wifi room as we booked and the free wifi was horrible because you will never get the signal. They put us into a different room that they promise I will have a strong signal of getting the wifi but not at all! Hotel service was excellent. Clean rooms and comfortable. Only complaint is that the internet service is non-existent. So if you don't have a mobile phone to connect to the internet, you're out of luck if you're a business traveler. Otherwise, great hotel for the price!

Requested a fridge while were two days out from being in our condo and there was no fridge and since it was holiday no - one was able to provide us a fridge in our room and was told that we would receive a call the next day and never did. Lost all of our food.

The property is being refurbished in some areas, but the area we were in was exceptional. The heated pool was a pleasant surprise, along with a propane grill we were able to use to cook steaks. The room was very nice, basic but pretty and recently remodeled. I understand this is in process and some rooms still have older furniture and fixtures. It was very clean and they left the towels folded like swans on the bed and counters...cute and inviting. The location worked for us as we were visiting family in the immediate area. It's several miles either direction to shopping,etc. Our only actual complaint was the shower water pressure was terrible, but we noticed on leaving that the hotel laundry was in the same building and they had started washing linens, so that might be why. When my wife was checking in to the hotel for our stay with our kids the hotel staff was cursing while talking to each other showing no professional courtesy. Thankfully the kids were in the car with me. Our room, that was supposed to be a smoke-free room, smelled like it had been smoked in for years and it was quite dirty. The A/C was broken and the […] toilet wouldn't flush. We left and came back around 11pm before going to bed for the night and we passed the pool. There was a lady and her daughter in the pool and they were frightened and asked if we could do them a favor. They said there was a guy hanging around the pool that wasn't supposed to be there. Not sure if they meant he approached them or offered them something or what, but they were scared. They asked if we could call the front desk to tell them about it, which we did. The front desk didn't seem to care about it, and I am not sure if they even went to check. The next morning we didn't even shower we got up early and left to get out of the grimy hotel. When selecting this hotel we did not expect much more than a clean non smoking room. Unfortunately it could not provide that. When booking asked for 2 beds received 1, however the clerk did get us a room after going back to front desk. Both rooms once entered, marked as non smoking on the door, smelled as if walked into a cigar bar.

My toliet paper holder was broken and the room smelled a little like a pet friendly room. No fridge but its Price Was Very Good for how I was using the room. I was there for softball tournament and needed decent room all was doing was showering and sleeping. So in that aspect the bed was ok and the shower was hot.
