This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.

We booked this as an overnight stay because of some problems with transit and other bookings. The hotel was fine, the bar and restaurant downstairs was good value. Overall for the money we paid for the room this hotel was very good value.

"Can't beat it for the price"
Hotel is close to everything. Excellent little restaurant and bar attached. I spent two nights here going in and out of Cancun. Will be staying here again in the future.
"Hotel Soberanis in downtown Cancun"
Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Book a taxi for us to take us to Cancun airport at 3am (for 200 pesos) , making our arrival by bus (hotel very close to ADO bus station) and departure by air a breeze. Right next door is a OXXO convenient store (like a 7-11) which provides you with everything you need.

"Hotel Soberanis"
The hotel is basic, clean in the center of "old" Cancun. Good for budget travelers or people in transsion. Only 5 minutes (25 pesos) from the ADO bus station, 8 miles from the airport.
"One night before early flight"
Hotel Sobernais provides a basic hotel room but it met my needs for a place in Cancun- clean, safe and quiet. The room is very basic- no clock, no hair dryer, no coffee maker. but it did have a firm bed, clean towels / bathroom and AC. The AC is turned on via a key switch. That key is attached to your room key, so when you leave the room, you need to […] turn off the AC as well. It worked fine, since the AC was powerful enought to cool the room quickly. The shower had fluctuating water pressure, (need expansion tank)but the water was pleasantly hot. For the budget traveler, this place works well. Tip- Taxi to airport is 260 pesoes. If the bus schedule fits for your needs, take a taxi (or walk 10 min) to the bus station for 20-30 pesoes, then the bus to the airport for 42 pesoes. Read more

"Playa hotel"
Pros: Location -- a minute walk from ADO bus station and the 5 avienda. Cons: The towells looks like rags The room had bad smell.

Soberanis was a great and price worthy hotel, we had a nice stay there. The only thing we can complain about is that the whole breakfast (not only "the continental part" of it) could be included in the price.
"Cancun Soberanis staff special, great location"
It was the best decision I even made for holidaying to stay at Soberanis in Cancun. It was next to a large supermarket, local and national buses, wonderful restaurants. But the best thing was the staff at the hotel. They went out of their way to provide information, advice, greetings, services. I will be going back there again this year.
For the money a great stay. Just a bit tough to find. We drove around the block 3 times before we landed in the parking lot which is behind the hotel. Just follow the small sign on the side road which runs next to the main road. Would stay again!
Great Hotel for a one night stay. The AC unit was all broken up, but the Room was clean and the Beds were comfortable. Nice continental breakfast.

Except for the AC being all broken up, and very loud at night, we think it was a good place. (It drowned out the street noises) Friendly service, clean room, comfortable beds. It's downtown right beside a Grocery Store. We would recommend this.

"Soberanis Hotel, Cancun, Mexico"
Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Air conditioner was noisy and the remote for the TV didn´t work, but this is a 2 star hotel in Mexico, and we paid a great price. Definitely would recommend and will also stay there again.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit (famille) à notre arrivée tardive sur Cancun avant de partir vers d'autres cieux. Hôtel simple et assez confortable. Petit dej plutôt bien. Prix interessant. Seul hic, la chambre donnait sur la rue qui est assez bruyante.

物価の高いカンクンにあって、価格のわりに利用価値の高いホテルだと思います。立地もまずまず。 ミネラルウォーター２本、バスアメニティ付き。電話もあり。朝食は、無料はパン、シリアル、コーヒー、オレンジジュースのみで、ちょっと味気ないです。 でも全体に掃除が行き届いていて気持ちよく利用できました。ランドリーは、ホテルのサービスでもあるそうですが、裏手にあるホステルで、もっと安く早くで利用できることを教えてもらい、そこを利用。よかったです。

El hotel esta bien ubicado, buena limpieza, lo indispensable si la estadía en Cancun es para hacer principalmente turismo (los tours son todo el día). Para el costo es bastante bueno, lo recomiendo mucho.

Buen hotel para pasar una noche de paso. Es comodo , muy buena la atencion y como contra que le encontramos son algunos detalles ej: Olor a humedad leve en la habitacion, pero por el precio pagado estamos conformes.

Till det priset var hotellet mkt bra. Slitet, ac:n väldigt högljudd, inte så mkt till frukost, personalen hjälpsam bra bussförbindelser till hotel zone och en del restauranger affärer och markets i närliggande område. Så vill du ha ett billigt men ändå helt okej hotell duger det fint.

Perushotelli Cancun Downtownissa. Ei sen erikoisempi, mutta sopii halpaan yöpymiseen. Internet (WLAN) ei toiminut huoneessa, mutta vastaanotossa kyllä. Huoneessa ei ilmaista turvasäilöä.

"貧乏旅行にはぴったり！立地条件良し"
女二人で旅をした際に利用しました。 ここは外観はただの建物といった感じですが中は割と綺麗で快適でした。部屋は広めなのでスーツケースも広げやすかったです。 また、ホテルの隣はスーパーで目の前はバス停。大きなバスターミナルも歩いて行けるのでそこまで行けば空港行きのバスやチツェンイツァー行きのバスにも乗れ大変便利です。 ホテルに併設されたネット屋は一日１回使えるので日本との連絡にも困りませんでした。 レセプションも親切なおじさん達で良かったと思います。

カンクンのダウンタウンにあるこのホテルは、大通りに面しており、場所は非常に分かりやすい。バスターミナルから歩いて10分程度は離れているが、迷うことはない。隣は23時まで営業している大きなスーパーがあり、ホテル１Fは地元の旅行会社がテナントで入っているので、とても便利だ。海に行くバス停も目の前から出ているらしい。夜のショーをみてシカレから最終の1等バスで帰ったが、大通りなので治安に不安はなかった。シャワーの湯も出が良く、シングルの部屋もきれい。ただセキュリティBOXは部屋のが使えなかったのでレセプションのを使うことになった。無料だった。部屋はカードキーではないしセキュリティは中程度。壁も薄いほうなので声は聞こえる。しかし、値段を考えても十分利用価値はある。冷蔵庫はないが、部屋にミネラルウォータ […] ー2本置いてくれていたのは嬉しいサービスだった。 Read more

hotel idéal en cas de séjour d'une nuit à cancun. pas tres loin de la gare ADO pour départs vers d'autres destinations. Chambre correcte mais sentant un peu le renfermé. Petit déj simple inclus qui permet d'etre en forme pour un voyage en bus ensuite. Nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin, l'hotel était toujours ouvert. A coté d'un supermarché.
