Hotel Palace Heights - New Delhi

The location in Connaught place is very convenient - you could even walk to the train station if you could find your way. But, the whole area is undergoing renovations and streets/sidewalks are a total mess. The restaurant is pretty good. Wifi access was a bit spotty, but worked.

Stayed at the hotel for couple of nights. Some pluses and minuses. Room was very nice. Modern and clean. Breakfast buffet, plus a la carte, was the best we had in our subsequent India trip. Stayed here while in Delhi for work. Very modern rooms that had everything I needed. Internet access was important to me, and when the WiFi had some issues, the front desk let me use a 3G USB dongle to get work done while the WiFi was fixed. Great location - Lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Nice little hotel. Rooms are pretty small but very clean and with nice touches (free water, cookies, fruit, nice toiletries, bathrobe/slippers). Breakfast is included and its fantastic!

I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near Connaught Place. Clean, comfortable and eveything I wanted. The restaurant is also excellent. But, mostly, it is the staff that makes the difference. Eveyone, without exception, was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and completely accommodating.

Excellent boutique hotel. Clean and tidy, although rooms fairly small. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Turbaned gentleman at front desk very polite, friendly and helpful. 我订了无烟房，共住4晚。但是一进入房间就有烟味，经叫人做无烟处理后还有。窗户无法打开，第二天叫收拾房间的人开门通风，回来后还有烟味，直到第3天略好。朋友住的房间叫人开了窗，结果有鸽子飞进来，酒店说怕鸽子污染房间，又把窗户关上了。窗户是只有酒店职员用工具才能打开的。

シングルの部屋だったので、部屋は日本のビジネスホテル的な、ベットだけで部屋いっぱいという感じで狭い印象はありますが、室内は綺麗で安心して泊まれました。特に眺望も無く、窓の覆いの向こうは隣の建物といった様子ですが、Connaught Placeの繁華街の中なので仕方ないでしょう。周りにレストランも多くあり、公園も比較的きれいです。夜、部屋の位置のせいか外の音が若干気になりましたが、疲れていたので良く眠れました。朝食は、ビュッフェでパンやフルーツを選び、オムレツも作ってくれました。タクシーを呼んでくれたりとスタッフも親切でした。WIFIも無料です。
