Fabulous location in the midst of life in Krakow. Beautifully and tastefully refurbished hotel. Easy walking distance of lots of tourist sights and local cafes with excellent Polish food. Buffet breakfast was excellent - a glass of bubbly and gooey chocolate cake! Sensible people would also eat the smoked salmon or omelets. My only small grumble would […] be that the receptionists were not knowledgeable about tourist locations or restaurants so I was glad I had researched these in advance - maybe some staff training here would help as this is after all a tourist hotel of the first order. Hotel location is great, right on hte square close to sights, dining, and shopping. Staff was great, service supurb. Room was very clean and quite. We would stay there again and recomend to anyone visiting Krakow for the first time.

Hotel is located right on the Old Town Square. The staff was very friendly and really helpful. Great restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast includes champagne and eggs to order. Well worth the price.

This is certainly a 5 star hotel with a very reasonable price (compared to 5 star hotel rates in the U.S.) The location is excellent. The breakfast is fantastic. A big plus is a classical concert offered each evening. Staff speak excellent English.

Maybe it was bad luck but too many things were negative. Unfriendly faces at the reception, which is a small table in the entrance. A room with one window facing the ugliest building in Krakow at ten meters taking away the light so lamps on all day. No shower but a hand telephone type in the bath without curtain or anything so you were soaking the bathroom […] every time. There were 4 hangers in a tiny placard and when asked for more came after a few calls an very angry lady who pushed them in my hands without a word. Tea and coffee maker ,no coffee and no spoon to stir the sugar .Fruit were 2 old wrinkled apples laying on a table, no knife plate ,,. No lounge where you could relax after a day in town, just the public cafe Very bad service, at 2.30 room still not done.. No five star at all, hardly 3. Read more

What a find! The location of the Bonerowski Palace could not have been better, right on the main square. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the room a delight. I had one of my best night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to all. (And the cakes are fabulous too!)

Loved this Hotel, the suite on the third floor was amazing. Service was excellent, staff so helpful. Could have stayed there for a few weeks in this beautiful suite. Only one negative was we could here the disco downstairs. However, we not stop me using this hotel again.

We were upgraded to what they call an apartment but it was a suite and was lavishly furnished, very large lounge and enourmous bedroom with best view of the square. The hotel had also placed a large bowl of fruit and welcome note in our room, which was a nice touch to mark the occasion of a special anniversary. . The accommodation was the best ever […] stayed in and we are well travelled. The only negative was the hotel has a club in their basement and as the hotel is very classy it was a shock to find that they have a burleseque club which is open at the weekend. Although we were two floors up we were kept awake by loud music until 4.00am. We did complain and received an apology from the Manager together with a bottle of wine, she explained that the club was not owned by the hotel and that it might be only open for a couple of months. Apart from being disturbed we had a wonderful time at the hotel, the breakfast was excellent, lots to chose from, it has a wonderful cafe serving beautiful cakes and different varieties of hot chocolate. We booked a double room for a romantic weekend away but only found out too late on the first night that our 'double' bed was actualy two singles pushed together. It made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. When we asked the staff about it in the morning they said that all rooms booked as "Double/Twin Room" are in fact only twin rooms and may have […] the two beds pushed together. In order to get a double bed you must book a "Suite Room" at minimum. This was not made clear when we made the booking. "Double/Twin Room" gives the impression of the option of either a double room or a twin room. We informed the hotel in advance that we wanted a double but they did not clarify the situation to us at that point. Despite this disappointment, in all other respects the hotel was great and the staff were most friendly. Krakow itself was wonderful, and has come on leaps and bounds since our last visit about a decade ago. Read more

We stayed at Bonerowski Palace for 3 nights in December in a Suite. Wow! We arrived at 7.00am after an overnight train from Vienna and although our room wasn't available for us at that time, we were offered a complimentary hot drink in the restaurant and the promise of an early check-in, should the room become available early. We were not due to check-in […] until 3.00pm, but were given our room by midday. This was much appreciated on a cold winter's day after little sleep the previous night. Our room was spectacular- very, very large and very, very luxurious. It was well worth the money, in our opinion. Hotel staff were very helpful and hard-working (they always seem to be there!) The location is the best in Old Town, directly overlooking the square. Breakfast was good, with the option of buffet or a la carte, included in the room rate. Old fashioned opulent decor that had recently been renovated in keeping with the old world feel of Krakow. I would definiately recommend this hotel overall. Two minor complaints, the mattress on the bed could have been replaced with something post the communist regime (i.e. comfy) and breakfast in bed arrived cold!

The location is ideal being central and in walking distance of key locations within the city old and new. Wonderful gorgeous boutique 5star hotel right in the centre of the square. I stayed here before and had an upgrade to a suite. This time, disappointed on first night as got to hotel about 10 pm and they told me they were overbooked! Despite paying and booking in advance. They put us in a nearby hotel which was nice, but just not the same. The next day […] they apologised - some error in their system - and then could not do enough to put this right. We were upgraded to the best suite apartment in the hotel with a balcony overlooking the square, given a bottle of wine and offered tickets to the Chopin concert being held there that evening. Excellent service all round. I was sorry not to stay there the first night as it was only a short trip and I was there for work but they did make up for it. Trots att vi anlände långt innan incheckningstid var mottagandet mycket vänligt. Dom bjöd på kaffe medan det sista gjordes klart på rummet. Härlig, rymlig svit! Mycket god frukost som ingick i priset. Sängarna var lite hårda men när vi sa till om detta fick vi direkt extra madrass så det löstes mycket snabbt och effektivt.
