Clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen area was nice, but had no oven. Nice continental breakfast including fruits and instant oatmeal. Grocery and retail available just down the road and over the freeway. Very attentive staff.

It was quiet and comfortable and clean. The only problem was that the kitchen sink had coffee grounds in it from the previous guest (I assume). Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay for one night.

I was thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival in the room the floor in the kitchen was sticky. We had asked for a different room upon checking in but they were sold out. We ended up mopping the floor ourselves it was that bad. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were lifeless and provided little support. It took forever to get to sleep […] and I only got about 4 restless hours. I ended up trying to sleep in the chair because it was more comfortable. We won't be staying at this Extended Stay again. Hotel is in a good area, easy freeway access. Rooms included kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, stove. Not sure I'd wanna use the included utensils. Overall the room was clean and decent. It had a small kitchenette with microwave, stove and refrigerator. The pricing for Fridays and Saturdays is good when compared to other hotels in the same area. During the week I prefer other less expensive hotels that are nicer although they do not have a kitchenette or microwave.

The staff is fantastic! The young african american lady was SOOOOOOO helpful and SOOOOOO sweet. She deserves a raise for dealing with some of the crack pots we saw. The parking was free. There's a grab and go breakfast, we didn't try. They're very accomadating and the kitchen was nice to have except for the clogged drain and no maintenance guy to fix […] it. Since I'm on a special diet I was able to store my food in the refrigerator in the room. I was happy they had a small kitchen where I could prepare my meals. That was a plus.

This place was nothing special. I don't see why a person would stay here unless they were part of a conference or business was paying for it. To be charged for parking is ridiculous, given so many other hotel options in the area. Rooms were doable, though dated and seemed rather "old". Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms dated.

My fiancé and I are from San Diego and needed a hotel for 2 weeks since we were getting work done on our place. Check in was easy when we got to the room we noticed it was very small. We picked this hotel because it had a kitchen. We expected a oven so it was disappointing to find a microwave and 2 burner stove top. The kitchen did not come fully equipped […] with all of the pots, plates, and silverware it was suppose to. We noticed the table is the room only had 3 legs, the 4th leg was on the floor. We immediately went home to get more kitchenware. We actually went home once a day to get something . We noticed a dripping noise all night long and figured out that the toilet was leaking . The hotel was quick to fix the table and toilet. This hotel was having a lot of work done while we were there like replacing ac units, window cleaning, and repaving the road. Which is nice for the hotel but as a guest who is getting work done on our own place makes us want to stay somewhere that isn't. The fire alarm went off 3 times when we were there. The loudest, aweful noise ive ever heard. The hallways smell of smoke (on the second floor) even though the smoking floor is the 3rd floor. The staff was fine. They are pretty good to fix problems pretty quickly. Read more

I showed up at 1am to check in, the lady at the front counter told me she didn't see my name and they had no rooms available. After I explained that I had already prepaid and gave her my confirmation number she checked her computer and told me she did see me in the system, but I had already checked in. After 20 minutes of me explaining that I need a […] room, and would like the one way I paid for she finally found a room to put me in. The lady never apologized. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me one would call me in the morning. Of course nobody ever called me. Then when I called downstairs and explained to the manager Chris what had happened. We ended up extending our stay because it was so easy to get to from just about everywhere. Trader Joe's and Wholefoods was about 2 miles away, main highway about .5 miles - bonus is that the hotel is pretty sound proof so we could not hear the traffic. Honestly, we walked into our room and not even 5 minutes later, we walked back out and checked ourselves out. The room was DISGUSTING.
