Hotel is reasonably price for the size of the room you get. My room was 2 floors with a kitchen living room downstairs 1/2 bath and bedroom bath upstairs. The hot water does not get that hot so should use it during the off hours. The free breakfast is a pretty decent buffet. The hotel is walking distance from Plaza Roman entertainment building.

This is a great place to stay and I recommend it to any traveler to Davao City. Before we dive into any specifics, I want to address some comments by other reviewers to put things into better perspective. First of all, if you are not familiar with the Philippines, you may not score this hotel as high as I have. Comments such as "not much hot water" […] etc - the hotel uses a solar water heating system, and it is possible at certain times to have a shortage of hot water. The beds are not brand new, but clean, comfortable and the AC works. Be glad the power never shuts off here, and they have Free WiFi throughout! For the price charged, the upkeep of the grounds, the handy 24 hour restaurant, a nice fitness center, beautiful isolated pool, the amazingly helpful and polite staff, and the setback location of the hotel which removes you from the busy street, you would be hard pressed to do better. One day I called for something the hotel did not have, and they sent a person off the property to get the item for me - yes I was asked to pay for the item, and of course I tipped, but they were so fast I thought it came from the front desk. Try that one in the states - clearly the answer would just be No. They offer many upgraded rooms also which are VERY nice, up to a Family Villa poolside! Because I venture out of the area and oftentimes stay overnight in another town, I usually just go with the standard room with a double bed. No matter what I was very satisfied and will return soon! The room was huge! It would have been okay for a week long stay or greater though I was there just one night. Also, wi-fi was included free--in the room! In my experience, that's pretty rare for hotels in the Philippines. Because of a flight delay, I arrived in Davao one day later than expected. This is an old hotel and while it is not very expensive, you get what you pay for. The standard rooms are very small, the furniture is extremely old and there is no fridge or kettle supplied. If you want hot water you have to get from the cafeteria in cups. On the plus side, they supply slippers, soap and bottled water on the first day. But............ if you want a good nights sleep, don't book a standard room as these back onto a 'short stay' motel also owned by the same group and there is a constant 24 hour high volume noise penetrating the rooms. お手頃な額で宿泊できたし、3名宿泊でファミリールームを用意してくれたので、非常に広い部屋で過ごしやすかった。テレビは日本のＮＨＫも受信しており、快適であった。 シャワー等の水圧もよく、大きな不満はなかったが、朝食のバリエーションが乏しく、味もそれほどではなかったので、残念な点ではあった。 ホテルのロケーションは、空港からタクシーで15分程度、街の中心部やいくつかの大きなモールも10分から15分程度、料金も150ペソを超えることがなく、非常にアクセスは良かった。 また機会があれば利用してみたいと思う。
