Would... like to have had a better breakfast selection. Had a few minor issues with rooms (one had mildew smell, other had problem with door key not working) but service was great and manager was accommodating.     We were there a short time, but the room was great. We had a two room suite- one room had to queens and the other room had one king. Both rooms had their own TV, dresser, table and chair. Very comfortable for 5 people. Breakfast was great too. No complaints.

    Hotel was ok, nothing terribly wrong. The room was clean, although small. Parking lot was very cramped, so we had to park in the rear quite far from the front door, which was a hassle since the weather had turned cold and rainy. We checked in late at night, so we did not use the pool or other hotel amenities. The location was about 4 miles out of the […] way, since it is not on the major highway through town (US287). The breakfast was satisfactory, although the breakfast room was very dark - they seem to be attempting to save a few dollars a month by using low wattage bulbs. Overall the hotel doesn't measure up to its competitors (Best Western Plus, Holiday Inn Express, ...) I would probably look for a different hotel when traveling through again. Read more

    The suite was more than adequate for our party of two adults and four children. Traveling with four kids make finding one room difficult at most facility. The room was spacious and we they provided enough towels without having to be asked.

    The night staff is great! I checked in late and was out visiting late the next night. The night manager was great. He was friendly and helpful and when I came in the next night remembered me and asked how my stay was going and if I was enjoying myself. The room was clean and comfortable.     So my stay was really nice...it is too bad that it is next door to a lower "starred" hotel because I think that makes parking your car interesting. Just too many people hanging out by their vehicles for my taste. HOWEVER, with that being said, this hotel is super clean and the staff was very friendly. I did not need much which I was there but a nice, […] safe place to stay overnight and this hotel hit it on the mark. It is too bad that hotels in Wichita Falls have smoking rooms, but this one does a really good job of hiding it. I have a super sensitive nose and I could not smell it. I would also like to have better pillows...but once again for the price, you can't expect gorgeous goose down, but maybe that could be an upgrade :-) Thanks Baymont! Read more

    This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I plan to stay again each visit to Wichita Falls, This small hotel is close to all the major sights ,guiet even though next to freeway.The staff was helpful,friendly and made the best homemade cookies ever.

    We stayed here on our way home from vacationing in Texas. The hotel was very convenient (right off 277). It is in a nice section of town with lots of restaurants nearby, from inexpensive to pricey and everything in between. The hotel itself appeared newer (it even smelled new) and the lobby and surrounding areas were beautiful! We had a king nonsmoking […] suite and everything was great. The room was very clean. The free breakfast was typical of hotel chain breakfasts. Cereal, waffles, yogurt, sausage patties, pre-made cheese omelettes, etc. The breakfast room was clean and inviting.     Had a ground floor room confirmed. However, when we checked in, the key to the room did not work. Got the staff to let us in and discovered the room had NOT been cleaned!! Staff moved us to the third floor!!! Disappointing!!!

    A few problems with this hotel--waited several minutes to get clerk to check in; parking is limited and shared with adjacent hotel, no DND signs, breakfast was very limited (hot=biscuits & gravy). Hotel was ok and area is good, but hotel is overpriced.
