Not the most comfortable beds, but the nearness to the main hotel and ski lodge was fantastic. The staff /ladies at the front desk were very helpful and answered all our questions. It would be nice if the coffee and hot cocoa were available all day.

The owners were very welcoming and educated on what the town and surrounding areas had to offer. They pointed us in the right direction for dinner (awsomme choice) in the area, also informed us of what there was for shopping near the area. We stayed in the Egyptian room, and it sure was nice. Very clean, 2 person jacuzzi, private balcony, views of the mountain, his and her sinks, cali king size bed, gas fireplace. Antique victorian home with original building details. Very lovely. We will definetly be back!

I stayed here overnight during a ski trip; it was one of the few places willing to book a one night stay over the holiday weekend. The rate was competitive and I had a family suite all to myself. Contrary to some of the other reviews, I found clean sheets on the bed I slept in, although I did notice some water stains on the ceiling I wasn't crazy about. The room and items within are a bit dated, but they got the job done. Bathroom is pretty small but was all that I needed; it might not serve an entire family so well. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped point me to some parking as well as a couple of dining options. The Inn is on the main street in Littleton, so you can walk to places. The only real complaint I had was that my room became quite cold overnight; I woke up and had to throw on sweatpants and a hoodie in order to fall back asleep. Comforters on the beds would go a long way in the winter! Overall though, the Inn met my needs.

Large rooms. Wonderful view of the river from the rooms. Close to all hiking / winter activities. Staff very helpful. The bathroom was perfectly clean, but the room could be better.

My son and I checked in after a day of hiking in the White Mountains. This is a typical motor court type of facility. I was awakened at 10:30 PM by my son screaming. The room was full of bedbugs. We were so surprised to see a very fast moving stream right out the back window of our room, it was beautiful. This motel was very easy to find and the price was good. Not the newest or most modern, but very clean and the people working there are very friendly.

We have stayed at this motel on numerous occasions. It is not the most modern and one should not expect any extras. However, for convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, it is a bargain. We ski in the winter and hike in summer. When we don't want to travel home or setup a tent, this property is a fantastic option!

The location and price were the things that made me choose this hotel. Close enough for hiking everyday and close enough to Lincoln to buy supplies. You get what you pay for is a good rule of thumb for hotels so I wasn't expecting much, but it was really good.
