We were greeted on arrival with a smiling friendly face and a nothing is too much trouble attitude. After that things got even better. The hotel's facilities are very well thought out and the rooms, which some may consider small for a 4*, were comfortable and well laid out. Found the bed, in particular, to be very comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, just outside the walls of the old town. Breakfast in the morning was very good and as a bonus, the staff allowed us to hold on to our rooms (there were 6 of us booked for the evening ferry for Stockholm) until 3pm, with no extra charge. Great hotel and I hope they can maintain the quality.

Very good situation in old town, minutes from all main sites. Excellent service, friendly staff. Very good standard of comfort & cleanliness and superb breakfast choices. Complimentary bath robes & slippers were a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Tallinn.

"An excellent Hotel !"

The hotel is ideally situated for the old town being less than five minutes walk away. Our room was extremely clean and warm with complimentary robes and slippers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a range of choice of hot and cold food. We would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Tallinn.

Very nice, cosy hotel - a short walk from the centre of Old Town. Very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable rooms and good quality breakfast. Would happily go back or recommend to others.

Hotel très bien situé, très propre. Seul bémol: le bruit. Très mauvaise isolation avec la chambre jumelée, fermée par une porte pourtant.

+ Beliggenhet: 5 min fra city senter OG gamlebyen. Rolig gate, men med en del restauranter rundt. Nytt hotell. Rommet så både nytt og rent ut. Størrelsen på rommet var komfortabelt og større enn vi fikk inntrykk av på bildet. Servicen var av ypperste klasse. Dette er et hotell som satser på service. - Våre senger ble ikke skiftet på 4 netter. Et håndkle vi kastet på gulvet på badet fant vi senere brettet fint på plass på baderomshylla igjen. Frokosten var kjedelig og lite variert.

Utrolig charmerende by, som er som skabt til en lille romantisk miniferie for to. Hyggelige gader og stræder og charmerende små caféer og spisesteder. Og vælger man Hotel Bern får man utrolig meget komfort til prisen.

Small Hotel close to Old Town, very nice and quiet (no traffic noise). Personal service, very friendly staff. Only "draw back" is the breakfast. Does not matter, if you would like a complete meal, the restaurants outside are plentiful and the prices are reasonable.

Kjempebra hotell. Ligger i gml.byen. Det er rent og vedlikeholdt. Savnet nok en stol på rommet. Det er bare en og vi var to pers. Frokosten var helt ok. ikke av det mest varierte men bra. Kjempetrivelig personale. Alle vi så var unge under 25 år. Meget dyktige.

Hotel Bern er et bra hotell og bo på når en vil se Gamlebyen. Servicen er ypperlig, alle vi møtte på hotellet gjorde alt de kunne for å hjelpe oss.

Savnet gode sittestoler på rommet. Frokostbordet i snaueste laget. Savnet kokt egg og bedre utvalg i pålegg. Rent og ryddig overalt. Hyggelig betjening. Topp beliggenhet i gamlebyen.

Das Hotel liegt in der Tallinner Altstadt. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort aus zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber sehr gepflegt. Sat-TV vorhanden. Hotel-Safe fehlt leider. Nicht ganz zufriedengestellt hat das Frühstücksbuffet. Etwas mehr Auswahl dürfte es sein. Brötchen und gekochte Eier haben wir vermisst. Aber für den günstigen Preis ist es in Ordnung.

Litet familjärt hotell med allt man önskar sig för en trevlig weekend. Perfekt välkommnande. Bra, riklig frukostbuffe. Modernt, lite tråkigt rum med bra säng och bra dushrum. Rent och snyggt. Inga sällskapsrum, men liten bar och soffor i receptionen. Återkommer gärna!

albergo ben posizionato, confortevole. unico handicap, peraltro comune per gli hotels del nord europa, l'assenza di bidet e l'area doccia non delimitata, ma facente corpo unico con il bagno. per il resto un buon albergo.
