The lobby area was neat and attractive and the desk staff were very pleasant. The exercise room was functional, clean and easy to get to. Breakfast was better than average for a free hotel breakfast, with hot food hot, working juice dispenser, good coffee; everything was neat, clean and fresh. The latex paint smell was quickly removed by the air conditioner, which kept the room comfortable all night. Mattress, sheets, pillows, TV, plumbing, and room noise level were fine. The property is not new or updated, but the staff are friendly, the hotel is only a mile or two from the airport, the neighborhood has nice restaurants and parks, and the room is clean and very reasonably priced. The walls are a bit thin, and noise could be an issue for the sensitive.

There was no hot water in the morning when taking a shower. Inqiured about it and was told that too many people were trying to take shower at same time. This is unexceptable. Must invest in new hotwater heater.

Everything in our room was clean and comfortable and the Internet connection fast! This is a nice travelers hotel. We stayed at it for one evening in route from Hilton Head Island to Weehawken, NJ. All of the fitness equipment worked in their small fitness center. There is a pool in the building, however, I did not seek it out.

I was shopping price, got what the price indicates. Older property, older features, clean, but like 1990's. Breakfast buffet was poor, could only face the coffee. Staff was courteous, they don't own the place...if you are looking for inexpensive, old but courteous this is your place.

This facility is a far cry from Best Western's former location. The personnel are friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with nothing lacking and the breakfast was great. Will definitely be our pick in the future. No improvements needed!

We stayed here the night before the Richmond Marathon. Even though it was out of town, it was pretty easy to drive the back way (non-freeway) to get into downtown. Absolutely no complaints, and there was even hot breakfast! The only disappointing thing was the lack of non-fast-food restaurants in the area.
