The room was nice. We got to stay on the 1st floor, which I liked but when the people got up on the 2nd floor we could hear them walk everywhere they went. The breakfast was cereal or toast. We went across the street to have breakfast.The beds are very firm.

Location great just off 270W and route 3. Upon entry carpet dirty and it just got worse as I continued down hall and to my room. I did not go barefoot even after coming out of the shower. Hotel staff was efficient but oblivious to the carpet condition.

Shower head was broke and doer had to be lifted up to close all the way. I know this isn't a five star hotel but would like to think I could take a good shower after a long days work.

This appears to be a motel about to close up......or just reopening. While the desk clerk tried to be helpful.....the motel is overwhelmingly poor. The hotel and the room stink and they try to cover it up with something worse than the stink. The toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet. The stay was ok, the room wasnt that cleaned, the bed was rock hard and the room was filled with smoke odor, the blanket had holes in it seemed like heavy smoking was done in it, no shower curtain in the bathroom, there were only a few channels on t.v, the price was more then Motel 6 and i prefer motel 6 over this motel! Very dissatisfied!

I was in town on business.The hotel looked ok when I arrived.The host was very nice and polite.My room had greese spot smeered in the carpet and there was a floor drain right in the middle of the bathroom.The tile around the drain was all cracked and the cover was removed.This would be a ok hotel if you really didn't care, but it wasn't my style.

had everything we needed! very close to the road!! very well priced!! got a basic room and it came with a fridge and microwave which was a nice surprise! the only thing was that the person at the desk watched us walk in and then out the next day and didn't say anything.

Although the area in which the hotel is located isn't something that would make me recommend the hotel to others, I would stay there again for the cost value. Overall, it was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable (to me...I like soft pillows) and the house maid was pleasant and easy going. This is my third time staying at this hotel. I enjoy the convenience and the price is very competitive. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but it is a very good more bang for your buck hotel.

This is a great hotel for those that don't mind paying less, and receiving less. Older hotel that has been put to use. The owners are nice, and gave us a different room when we complained about how bad the smell in our original smoking room was. A better hotel would have made a better experience in St Louis, but this was cheap and suffices.

Ok, so I decided to stay here because it was supposedly close to hot spots. I'm not sure why a previously reviewer would have lead me to believe this but it's about 15 minute drive in the middle of nowhere, Illinois. Though the hotel was cheap, it was kinda dirty and the floor sunk in and "creeked" when we walked on it. I felt like I was going to crash […] through the floor and I'm sure the people on the button floor were displeased considering we checked in at 1:00am If you get a wild hair, there is a bar called "The Hideout" that is around the corner from the hotel. We booked the room so we could watch the race that was taking place that weekend. We didn't have to drive all the way back home - which took 5 hrs. very easy to get to the track and the arch and downtown. No problems. Hotel mngt was friendly and courtious. Would stay again if situation arrises to travel to the area.

Dette er basis overnatting og ikke noe mer. Området er litt utrivelig. Det eneste positive er at det ligger ved gamle Route 66 for de som synes det er spennende, f.x ligger en av de gamle broene like ved hotellet. Til samme pris får man bedre hotell med bedre beliggenhet.
