I've stayed at several of the other hotels at the similar price point around this hotel and liked Sleep Inn the best. Good bed, best continental breakfast, TV had a bad connection.

I can only say an average hotel. The rooms are way too small with only full size beds. You feel cramped. The free continental breakfast is pitifully small. I recomend you pick a better hotel.

I was pleasantly surprise of how nice the rooms were and I was very please with the location....There are a number of other hotel choices within the Hamilton Place area but I would rate Sleep Inn second to none in comparison with the other hotels. I would highly recommend Sleep Inn of Hamilton Place to any traveler.

Great trip. Very convenient location. Everything was very clean. The only problem we had was our room keys stopped workin the day before we left, but they fixed it with no problems. We would go back!

Clerk in charge was pathic-didn't know how to fix beeping fire alarm so we had to move to anther room. Friends in another room (we had booked 3) had no heat-clerk said he fixed and they must have missed with it--accused my lady friends of lying!!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER SLEEP IN=WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER AND WE TRAVEL FREQUENTLY.

This hotel is a tad bit out dated. We heard EVERYTHING going on in the room across the hall from us. Not a good way to get a good nights sleep. We had to keep our TV on all night to keep from hearing them. Elevator smells of mold, not a good sign as you go up to find your room. This should be an easy fix and should have already been taken care of.

Single male on family business enjoyed staying there. Clean and great location to the interstate. J. Alexanders excellent high end steak house across the interstate at entrance to the Mall area with nice bar. Just west for night life is the Palms where you can spot females in clubbing attire with pantyhose and heels on, very classy!

PROS: quiet hotel~no disturbances or rowdiness, excellent location~ tons of shopping and restaurants, conveniently located off the I75. CONS: front desk male staff wasn't very friendly but cooperative, the hot-continental breakfast was least desirable, only a shower is provided in the rooms, rooms are small, the Cable service is fuzzy on a lot of the […] channels. For the most part, our stay was decent for the (2) days we stayed. It was dissappointing that the cleaning staff DID NOT take out the trash, re-plenish towels, or even make the beds while we stepped out. The back door is supposed to be a Key-Card ONLY access at ALL TIMES but it was unlocked most of the afternoon/into the evening. I brought it to the front desks attendant attention, and he rambled on that he was 'trained' to lock the doors at 10pm. I told him that was incorrect because the sign says otherwise. He commented "well, i will lock it them if it makes you feel more comfortable.... I replied, Yes please because it was locked all day yest and if its a "policy" publicly stated...then follow-thru for the safety of the guests......and you!!! Read more

I don't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with no bathtub, no lock on the bathroom door, and the room the size of my bathroom at home. We had a room with 2 double beds that was so small I literally had to rearrange the furniture to fit all our luggage (there were 4 people in our party). We stayed one night on our way to NC. The room was clean, other than the stained carpet throughout the hotel, and the breakfast was quite good, with a good variety. However, it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep due to the hard, uncomfortable mattress. Would not stay there again--they really need to upgrade the bedding!

Pulling in you may not be wowed, however I was most impressed by the cleanliness & up keep of the place, lobby, room, hallways were immaculate. The room's decor was cheerful and the bed comfy and inviting. Breakfast was satisfying, no complaints, Thanks sleep Inn for a nice stay for my birthday, you did not disappoint.

I am from Alabama, I spent two nights at this hotel to relax and read. I found the hotel to be quite fitting for my time of R&R. The room was very clean and neat. I had great quiet time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The door to the room had issues. Card not working properly. Gap in door even when closed completely. Older hotel. Did sleep there one night. Would not recommend because other hotels are available. Pricey for the quality. Drive out on I-75 for updated hotel.

I stay at Sleep Inns when ever possible when I travel. They are always provide good accomodation at reasonable prices. The free breakfast is always better than other motels in the same price range. The Chattanooga Sleep Inn was no exception I have and will stay here again.

When we checked in, we asked for a luggage cart & we were told there was only one cart. It was being used by another guest. We put the Do Not Distrub sign on the door and when we went out the next AM, someone came in and change one wash cloth & emptied the trash. After searching all options on website and reading reviews we chose the Sleep Inn. A strong value, great location on the east side of Chattanooga by Hamilton Place, and very important.....CLEAN. Too many times have we hit hotels while travelling and suffered. Not at this Sleep Inn. We will definately use them again!!

Hotel was great. I'm not in to all kinds of bells and whistles so this what fine for me. Close to attractions, shopping, and downtown. Good location. No issues with the room at all. I would recommend if you're looking for decent place to stay.

My room was very clean and quite. Was easy to get in and out of to get around. Never saw any of the staff except the front desk, they were all polite. Breakfast could be a little better, more to choose from. I did leave my personal pillow, called and it took they a day to find it, Hotel did not mail it to me told me it would cost $25.00 to mail, Luckly […] my daughter was able to mail it back for the cost of $12.00. When I arrived, my check-in was quick....then I went to my room...and found it a mess. Obviously it had not been cleaned that day. The desk clerk gave me another room very quickly, but commented that it was not the first uncleaned room his shift. My new room was hot...the air was off. Enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. The breakfast was minimal--boiled eggs only, no meat. Coffee was very good. The only maintenance issue I had was the room I had on the third floor had water stains on the ceiling. The rest of the room was okay.

Enjoyed my night at the Sleep Inn. Very quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable. There was a stain on the wall as though a bottle had been broken and the hallway smelled like mouthwash, but other than that, it was fine. Convenient location within walking distance to Cracker Barrel, Applebees, O'Charleys, and other good restaurants.
