Powder Village Condo - Sunriver

Everything in Sunriver is close. The condo its self is a bit outdated decorating style and appliances very 80s (I think the caulking in bathroom was from the 80s too). Clean, but outdated. The condo we had was a one bedroom with a loft. The "loft" was just big enough for 2 mattresses (already there) and the kids LOVED having their own "spot". Not recommended […] for under school age kids due to fall risk: ex-think of loft safety like bunk bed safety- if child OK on top bunk will be fine in loft area. Anyway, for any family on a budget, you can't beat it. And Sunriver has tons of activities for any outdoor activity loving family. Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotels.com confirmation/reservation check-in info did not reflect the same info as the web-site. Typically we only take with us our reservation/cofirmation to have at check-in. Had to call Hotels.com from site to get check-in info and address of off-site property manager. Off-site check in confusing, especially after office is closed. No one in the […] on-site office, nor any directions in the window. After finally finding the off-site office, were instructed over phone how to access a lockbox to get our keys. Key accessed the condo, but never determined what other key was for....it did not access the on-site pool or laundry. There was a book on table with amenities of Sunriver and the Condo, much of it boiler plate that did not apply to this condo nor did it have any info in it about the bikes that were available and locked to railing by front door. Finally found a piece of paper thumbtacked above electric panel about the bikes, but did not find the combo for the lock. Had to rent bikes instead. These condos are in the "business park" area of Sunriver. Setting OK, view from this particular condo only looked over sidewalks. Certainly nothing special. Didn't have kids, but I wouldn't put any young children on the mattresses considered a "loft".... basically a steep stairwell with a ledge on both sides. A young child could easily roll off and fall 9+/- feet to floor. At this writing, this condo unit is the only one in the complex represented by Hotels.com. The pictures on Hotels.com web page for this condo unit was not a good representation of this unit, but showed many pictures of various other units that made it look more appealing than this unit. Powder Village is right across from Sunriver. We decided to stay there while visiting friends who had rented a place in Sunriver. It was easy to bike over to the trails and get around. Place was clean and comfortable for the two of us. There is a loft with a single and double bed so if you had kids it would be cozy but fine to stay in. There is a pool […] at the condos, but we did not use it. Check in for us was over at the Mall in Sunriver. It was easy to check in and out. We have stayed in Powder Village before and find it convenient if you are going to ski at Bachelor or want to bike on the trails of Sunriver. Read more

Il s'agit en fait d'un appartement avec linge de maison. J'ai eu des problèmes pour récupérer mes clefs car il n'y a pas de réception ni d'accueil sur place ce qui n'était pas explicité sur le site hotel.com. Vu que je suis arrivée un dimanche ça a donc été compliqué... Une fois les clefs récupérées, l'appartement est spacieux et agréable (lumineux), […] il y a un grand parking.
