    Conveniently located off Rt 17/ 86 in business district. 20 minutes south of the Keuka Lake wineries. The lighting in the rooms is a bit harsh but they're... clean and well maintained. Window opens for fresh air. Decent continental breakfast (yoghurt, muffins, fruits, juices, etc.). Try the great pizza across the street (open late), but BYOB as they don't have a license.     The hotel was very nice. The room was very small, but suited our purpose. I enjoyed the tiny gestures like the brand name shampoo and lotion provided. My favorite part of my room was the window seat. Just wish that there was more in the area to do at night time: shopping, attractions, etc.

    It was great. It took the clerk about 5 minutes to get to the desk at check-in, but other than that everything was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable and very affordable. I'd stay there again.

    The room was small but nicely furnished and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and the lobby was stocked with some food when I arrived including yogurt, fruit, and a cookie. Breakfast was basic but the coffee was surprisingly good and it gave me just what I needed. Overall a good stay.

    I have stayed in several hotels in this area of New York in the last year. My son goes to school in Alfred and this is not too far away and it's the best hotel I've stayed in out there. I will most likely choose this hotel for future trips and we have at least 2 1/2 years left . The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and the people are friendly.

    The hotel was very close to my business destination, so that is why I stayed there. It was inexpensive to stay there, but you pay for what you get. The rooms were very small, the heater made a lot of noise and the tub did not release the water from my shower. I did report this upon checkout. It again was convenient and that was about it.

    We have stayed in this Microtel several times since it opened a couple years ago. The hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly. The business center computer and printer are easily accessible. We recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in the immediate area.

    The breakfast was not full continental, which is what the description said it would be. Basically, it was cereal, cofree, bread/baggle, and one flavor of yought. Also, breakfast area is quite small. The bathtub wasn't training well - but thats not uncommon from hotels of this price range. The beds/room were fairly clean and in very good shape.     The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. But if you are a light sleeper the thin walls, noisy air conditioner and location near the ice machine made a sound nights sleep difficult.

    So glad they let my daughter and her husband check into the room before i got there. My flight arrived much later, and was glad the hotel arranged for my daughter and her husband to come on in with out me (the reservation was in my name) also, a lady named Charlene was super friendly and really acted as if she genuinely cared about our comfort :)

    Way too small a room for a queen bed! It must have originally been for a double bed or smaller. Almost no counter space in the bathroom. Poor breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again.

The decor in the rooms might be a little too severe or cold for some people's tastes, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, and that's the most important thing.
