I broke my own rule of only staying at hotels with pic of the bathroom and regret it. Tiny bath tub. Shower was Hot/Cold/Hot/Cold and was mounted too low on wall. Built for someone under 5ft. Shower water floods on floor because of poor tub design and cheap shower curtian mount on L-shape rod which droops to about my waist. Toilet was disgusting since it never completely flushed and left a colorful image of the previous use. Great lobby staff. Terrible maintenance staff. Terrible room design (pretty, but far from functional!) Avoid this place.

This hotel location is quite good, just behind and near the hotel, you can find a lot of street food(bbq) and NAJ(Thai food), and the hotel also facilitate with swimming pool, sauna, gym. Strongly recommend for either budget and family traveler

It's location is also super..! close to train station, and also within walking distance to the night market in Bangkok. Overall, this hotel has a grat staff, good location with many restaurants, convinience stores close by, and the restaurant hotel food was great. Nice hotel, situated in nice area. It is clear that it is a business hotel - however - we felt welcome as leisure tourists as well! Breakfast was fine, lunch buffet not impressing. Only real minus was to find it! After having a hard time finding it to start with, we had the front desk write directions in Thai, but still no drivers of taxis or tuk-tuks managed to find it without asking around.

Although getting there was a bit of trouble when we arrived we found the hotel to be very nice. Rooms were imaculate and the comfort excellent. We found the room to be very big much bigger then we thought due to the price. The frigde AND freezer in the room were of great use we stored our own drinks and icecream in there all week. The pool area was stunning: its a sun trap but trees provide shelter. We ate in the resturant many times the food was excellent (this being the reason we went back so many times) also the breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had, it provided EVERYTHING you could want. The staff at the hotel were above and beyond helpfull they all spoke english and were amazing at booking things for us from taxi's to VIP cinema tickets. We had an excellent stay at this hotel the staff made it especially comfortable for us, I would highly recommend a stay here.

It is located in a very international zone, close to several consulates. The hotel is situated behind several buildings and when you are approaching it, it did not look like a very nice place to build a hotel. However, once you arrive, the place is just perfect. We had booked a deluxe double room for one night and got an upgrade. We were given a suite with kitchen and it was quite stylish and comfortable. The views are not nice as there are very ugly buildings surrounding the hotel but the interiors are very modern and sophisticated. It looked like a very new building. The breakfast was included and was nothing special, but good. Only downside to the place, there is no swimming pool! Apart from that, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely come back.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights before our return-flight to Scandinavia. The staff is very friendly and they all speak understandable english. Service was excellent. We had booked to deluxe rooms, but my wife and I got an upgrade to a premium room with kitchen. Both rooms were very nice and clean. Hot water in the shower and good pressure. We used the skytrain to get around in Bangkok and the hotel is only a short walk (about 3 minutes) from the nearest skytrain station Chong Nonsi :-) The restaurant on the gound floor has a limited, but good and fairly cheap menu. Across the parking you can get good massage. Not the cheapest around, but excellent when you have been on your feet all day. If you feel the need to check out the local night life and red light district, Patpong is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The pool and sauna on the third floor is also very nice for afternoon relax or morning workout. Everything in this hotel is very clean and of good standard.
