Carpet in my room were dirty and needed to be replaced or at least professionally cleaned. Not 100% they changed the sheet from the previous guess...stains and hairs. Breakfast was awful....didn't know you could screw-up a waffle.

Our room was clean, comfortable & chic. The view overlooked a rooftop terrace garden. The location is right in the heart of downtown Bmore. Not convenient prkg, lose the car & walk! Very convenient to little Italy & shops.

Stay was comfortable. Close enough to the harbor to allow for walking. Room was clean and relaxing. A bit disappointed that I had to pay $23 for overnight parking.

There is a full service private membership gym in the hotel building - access is free for hotel guests. The gym is great - pool, cardio, weights, classes. The hotel does not provide a free breakfast, but there is a Starbuck's next door.

This hotel is located close to the Inner Harbour. Parking is very conveinent. The surrounding neighborhood is fantastic. The only negative side to this hotel was our king bed had a lump in one side.

The parking was not explained as well as it should have upon pulling up - self parking does not have in/out privledges and valet does. However, the location made it so our car was never needed. Enjoyed the Hotel and had to experience a false 2:00 AM morning alarm. took 9 flight of stairs down to the streets in 32 degree Baltimore weather. Maybe not the hotel's fault but there were no ushers, and no one guiding hosts to where to go and or proving info on when to get back to room. I Guess this was the only disappointing part... .

OK for the price.Nothing special. Double beds are small. No problems.The overnight (24 hour parking) is the same as 3.5 hour parking. The rooms are dated but clean enough.

I've stayed at the Hilton Garden several times. This stay however was not great. I had late meetings, check into my room late and needed to check out early the next morning - a very short stay. After unpacking and cleaning up - I noticed that the toilet was operating poorly. Stayed here for a girls' weekend recently and had a great time. Hotel accommodated our request to put the rooms together and they were comfortable and clean. Firstly, the rate was great for a Hilton. Second,very great location. The room was super clean!!! The staff very friendly and generous. Had complimentary buffet style breakfast for 4 a $15 value per person. Quality grooming products. Very enjoyable! Parking was a little expensive but cheap /free on street parking near by.

Great location and the hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Best of all you don't have the window heating and cooling units that makes a lot of noise. I used to vary the hotels that I stayed at in Baltimore; but since I found this gem, I stay here every time I'm in town.

We can't be more pleased with the entire staff at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We will stay there again in the future. We just wish the room could have been a tad bigger but other wise a great time.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was large, comfortable and had everything in it that you would want or expect. We were annoyed to see that the sheets had black hairs all over it when we checked in and they had to be changed (gross). The only issue that we had is we had to use the hotel phone because we just got married and forgot our phone chargers. […] We wanted to check in with everyone before we left on our trip. We were charged $100 for making local calls. One call in particular lasted 2 minutes and we were billed $30.00. When we complained they gave us the run around about how they do not bill and we'd have to take it up with AT&T or the FCC. What a joke. I got half the charges removed but we will have to continue fighting to get the other half removed. My only other complaint is that the bed is NOT comfortable at all. You'd expect a much better nights sleep at the cost. And the windows weren't very insulated to keep out the sound/noise of the city. We were on the 6th floor and could hear everything. Read more

A great pre-Christmas overnight getaway with my husband and our two teens! Great location in a very safe/upscale neighborhood-tons of shops, places to eat and even a movie theater & Star Bucks right next door! CVS right around the corner! So pleased to be less than a 5 min walk from the Aquarium and Power Plant; was comfortable walking to and from after […] dark by myself. Nice gym and pool! Very friendly staff; able to check in early! Be sure to use the valet parking- makes things so much easier & just a little more than parking on your own. Fee is charged right to your room. Just text the valet 20 min before you need to leave and the car will be pulled up for you! No need for your car during your stay- everything is so close! The room was very nice with a great view over the cobblestone streets! Beds were not very comfortable but everything was very clean! Other than the children's pool being closed due to irresponsible parents/guardians, our stay was fabulous! The hotel compensated us for not being able to use the pool facilities, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel staff cannot control the parents that are to be supervising their children and providing them with the proper swim attire […] to avoid unsanitary accidents. There was a smoke odor in the room, but was easily controlled with a bottle of Febreeze (it was a smoking room, so I can't complain too much. The hotel offered it to me as it was available sooner than the room I booked, so I had the choice to decline). The hotel staff was so courteous and friendly. We were so close to everything in the area that we could walk to the places we visited during our overnight stay. I look forward to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn the next time we visit Baltimore! It was not well marked outside to find it in the evening. The load/unload area was extremely small for two hotels in the same building and doesn't allow enough space for some vehicles to get off the road. This area was very dark as well. It wasn't too bad of a hotel. The location was very convenient and close to the harbor. I stayed for just one night with my wife and 2 kids ages 1 and 3. We got 2 double beds which was not too comfortable and we requested and got a crib for my one year old. The heater broke down and was blowing cold air (in November ). They sent a technician who fixed […] it but broke down an hour later. So we spent the night with no heat. The bathroom had no vent so all the moisture stayed in there. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant located on the second floor because the food was horrible. I would suggest eating out because there are lots of restaurant available. Overall it was an ok stay but will not do so for stays longer than one night. I would go elsewhere. Read more

We were invited for lunch in Baltimore and were a little worried about driving/kids traveling, etc. But man did we enjoy it! The homewood suites rooms have a kitchennette with a BIG fridge, nice microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the plates and cups and forks you need. There are two big rooms, one with a sleep sofa and they brought a pack […] n play for our smallest (we had two kids with us) so we could have our own bedroom. The bathroom also has the sink outside the shower room so kids can brush teeth etc without bothering you in shower, hooray!! We ordered takeout from the Lebanese Taverna restaurant one block away which has perfect sized kids meals that are divinely delicious and kid friendly and healthy! We picked up some wine from the wine shop around the corner and some dessert from whole foods. We enjoyed watching Harry Potter for free on the TV, slept very comfortably and then hit the THREE pools and the hot tub at 7am (you get free access to the Maryland Athletic Club which had family changing rooms and spinning classes and pilates reformer classes and every kind of weight and workout equipment, not to mention a daycare). Then we hit the free breakfast and the kids were delighted with the offerings. Could not have been nicer. We're planning a whole family reunion there in the spring we enjoyed it so much! Read more
