Good hotel if you need convenient access to the DM airport. Staff were efficient. Primary clients are tour groups. Was obviously nice when last updated, however could use a freshening up. Cleanliness of rooms is an issue. Overall, efficient stay for early flight.

I arrived in Bangkok by train and met someone at the airport that night. This hotel was in a great location for the Don Muaung airport and a great place for me to recover after a night flight followed by an overnight train.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to reach by car but might not be easily accessible by public transportation. Service is prompt and rooms are clean. Would stay here again.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is worn out and needs remodeling. Many good choices at breakfast but not the best Thai selections. Otherwise the room was very clean. The hotel offers many nice amenities but we were there only one night and did not take advantage of them.

My daughter and I stayed at the Miracle Grand because of its proximity to BKK airport. We spent two nights and while checking in they arranged our shuttle to the airport and wake up calls. I was very happy about this service because I had a 6am flight and had to take a 4am shuttle. The staff was extremely accommodating. The girls at the front desk gave […] us directions for shopping and arranged a taxi for the sky train. The food in the restaurant was good and the service was great. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The only down side was the location. The surrounding area didn't seem very good and it was a 15 min cab ride to the sky train. I was also a bit uncomfortable with the walk from the elevator to our room because the lighting was very dim. I would still stay at this hotel again. The hotel is the same as my last visit except they now have free wiifi in the rooms, well they do but it is a bit of a process, you have to get a card from reception and sign for it, then it did not work for a day, eventually sorted it out and it worked the next day, I am staying for 9 nights starting tomorrow so hopefully it will all work then!

We prefer staying in small guesthouses but hadn't seen a bathtub for a while. We booked just one night at the Miracle Grand because it was very close to the Don Meuang airport, has a ftee shuttle to the airport and the Superior class rooms have a beautiful bathtub. The rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable but mostly it was the bathtub! Staff […] are as professional as in any large luxury hotel anywhere but we missed the friendly welcoming of our usual guesthouses. We found a dead cockroach in a corner but did not see any live ones. Otherwise it was spotlessly clean. Hotel service is extremely slow. When we checked in we have to wait at the lobby for 45 minutes and when we just out take 15-20 minutes. Hotel confirmed that Taxi will take us to exact location we want. 总体感觉可以，适合第二天赶早班飞机的人。一个比较大的缺点是隔音不是和好，隔壁如果动静大，听的比较清楚。另外，各各位出行的人一个出租车参考价格。机场去酒店：150B（包含50B机场费用，打表），酒店去机场：80B（打表）。酒店去BST最近站：100B（打表），BTS回酒店：150B（谈价）。酒店位置那段路有点绕，如果有经验，打表完全可以控制在80以内。

The only shining point is the free shuttle from the airport, but the shuttle to airport cost 160B per person. The shower temperature is not stable and I have adjust it from time to time. The surrounding is terrible and seems unsafe. Will never get back.

因为乘早班飞机的缘故而选择了这家酒店，周围的确没什么配套的，远处有家711，酒店一楼的饭菜味道质量很一般，性价比偏低，整个酒店大堂一直很嘈杂。房间内的陈设缺乏保养，显陈旧，浴缸上方有一电视，沾满了水汽，根本不敢打开，因我们是三人行（大童）的家庭，安排的标间，没再加费用。如要从廊曼机场早晚进出，可选择该酒店，除外，不推荐。

Fint hotell nära Don Muang-flygplatsen. OBS! Frukost ingår inte i priset och är jättedyrt. Det finns ingenting i närheten av hotellet, vilket gör att man tvingas äta på någon av hotellets inte helt billiga restauranter.
