It was a good stay. The only thing that I did not like is the check out. I turned in my keys, waited in from of the clerk she asked me how everything was, I said ok. I waited another minute expecting that she would give me a receipt for our stay, she turned to speak to the other clerk the wait turned a little okward. My husband said lets go so we left. […] We were traveling on the frwy when I checked the deductions from our bank. I see the deduction of 50 for deposit, a deduction for 10 for a rollaway. Then we found a 30 credit and I expected to see it for 50, we did not have any extra charges to room. i called immediately she said that she made a mistake and we would need to wait 5 days for the additional 20 credit. I had problems finding this place first off. There's two locations here Hampton Inn and another brand that share the property. HI is vertical, laid out from the road back, so you see only the end of the building, no sign & there's only one entrance from the main road. The other entrance is on the side road next to the other property that faces the road, […] and there is a small linked signed for HI. If you miss it, you're in a business park. Once inside, I was ignored. The front desk person was working on the coffee bar and maintenance walked by me several times. After 3-4 mins the desk person noticed me and told me he'd be over in a couple mins, he was finishing up. So, needless to say, customer service is not high on their list. The airport is across the street so I asked for a room high and away from noise. I got away from the front and put right next to the pool where a family was enjoying their vacation. It was 7pm so I went to dinner. The pool was quiet when I arrived back, luckily. The hotel and room were nice and clean but the bed could have been better. It was like sleeping on a rock, when I woke up. The morning staff at the desk was not different from the evening staff. Rude. So I dropped my keys and left. I won't be back. Read more

It was very close to LEGOLAND. Hard to get into but learned about the side entrance and was much better. Awesome breakfasts. Nice pool and spa. the only problem was that there were always little kids in the hot tub so we couldn't use it. Room was clean and the walls were not hear through. Was a great experience overall.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly.... Breakfast was phenomanal. Loved the convenience of microwave and refridgerator in the room. Only 2 minor downfalls, the rooms felt small for 2 adults/2 teens and the refridgerator never really got cold

A very busy hotel with little to complain about. Good location, very clean, nice breakfast. The pool could have been a touch warmer. This hotel is a couple of miles from tourist locations, so while you can't walk to Legoland, the beach or the Flower Fields it isn't a long drive.

The Hampton is located in a clearly business area. However, the amenities and services where excellent. Close to Legoland , Flower Fields and outlet. The breakfast was very good. Nice way to start a busy day. We would stay there again.

My stay was ok. I took two stars off because one. the bed, I felt like I was in a jumper all night (bounce, bounce). 2. the shower, it backed up twice and some NASTY whatever come up.

This hotel is awesome. Great for kids and business folks! Thick walls allow the rooms to stay quiet. Would never know kids were their! Morning breakfast is where its at! This is our second time staying here and we will be back! The proximity to Legoland is awesome. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and Allison the night manager was flexible and accommodating to our family. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel was great. It was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay until the childish men next door to us banged on our door at midnight and then proceed to talk very loud and have loud conversations in the hallway outside our door. They locked one of their roommates out in the hall and he was banging on their door to let him in. I asked them to keep […] it down and it continued. I heard another customer come out of their room and request they keep it down. I finally called the front desk and someone came up and asked them to keep it down.
