Hotel was very clean, easy to find, and in great condition. I found two problems with the room itself however. The AC unit barely kept the room cool, it was warm to slightly cool all night, and the AC was extremely loud. In addition the mattress on the bed was very hard, it velt like I was sleeping on concrete. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful, but these are two major problems with the room I stayed in.

Breakfast was delicious! There were more choices to eat than I expected. Hot or cold, the breakfast was outstanding and the lady in there was as sweet as she could be! The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience. I will go back again!!!

"Little Things"

My stay was made special by all the "little things" that were offered by the hotel. My kids were thrilled with the cookies at the front desk and I appreciated that the staff person at breakfast actually served instead of just cleaning and restocking. The room was clean, but I like a soft bed, so I didn't give it 5 stars. It wasn't super hard, just harder than I like. The pool and jacuzzi was closed (even though the weather wasn't hot enough to enjoy a swim ouside the jacuzzi would have been nice to unwind in).

"Outstanding hotel"

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was always courteous and very helpful. Exceptional breakfast service our thanks and commendations go to Mr Alfred in the breakfast room. His attention to the patrons was refreshing. Most hotels that offer continental breakfast have little or no service. His efforts are one of a kind.

"Finally, a great hotel near the VA!!!"

I booked a queen with 2 beds for me and my daughter and we were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful lobby. Elevator for those unable to climb stairs. First class amenities, computer ports with WIFI access, clean room with comfortable mattresses. Even a digital thermostat. Closet in room with fridge and microwave. The TV even had a remote! The entire hotel is smoke-free (a big plus for those of us with allergies)! My daughter ate breakfast and was waited on hand and foot and the food was excellent. Vending machines with sodas and snacks were stocked. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. I will definitely stay here every time I need to go to the VA from now on. All of maybe 5 minutes from the VA. Worth every penny!!! Book with confidence here.

Overall, I was pleased with my stay at this hotel. I had one small problem - when I arrived, my room had not been cleaned. The staff quickly got me an alternate room. The fitness equipment and internet were free and high quality. These are my two biggest requirements when travelling on business. I will stay there again.
