We stayed in the Yellow Room. Good price, good food, comfortable, and generally clear, moderately friendly staff. The carpet in our room was dirty, stained, spotty, and in desperate need of replacement. It seemed so out of place in an otherwise nice and tidy room.

The Savannah"s B&B Inn was a wonderful place to spend a few nights in Savannah, GA. From Check-In to Check-Out the staff was very attentive and helpful in all aspects of our stay. The included breakfast each day was among the best I have ever had in a hotel. The courtyard was very quiant and a great place to relax while eating. We walked everywhere with my aunt and uncle who are in their mid 70's. We found the location to be great. The rooms were quite cozy and the Mossy oak Suite in which my wife and 4 year old stayed was huge and comfortable. My aunt and uncle stayed in the Library room in the main building and it was comfortable and quiet. There are stairs to navigate so if you have issues speak with the staff before booking. Beautiful place. Room (Oriental) was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The shower head was in disrepair somewhat, leading to less-than-stellar water pressue, and the water smelled vaguely sulfur-ish, which was a turnoff. Room heater did not work well. upstairs was so hot had to shut off heater all together. We rented the Cottage on the Lane. Not that it was a big deal, but "lane" means "alley" in Savannah. We shared the "courtyard" with the laundry facilities, which meant there were staff members outside our room most of the day. This particular room had two twin beds that were not well connected for a king-sized bed. The rooms are not very well kept or […] updated, but then I wasn't in Savannah for a flat-screen TV or a working microwave, but they were clean. The staff was friendly for the most part. What was most disappointing though was breakfast. I did not want to stay at a B&B that had a continental breakfast - it's the best meal of the day and should be grand (in my opinion)! The fare ranged from ordinary (scrambled eggs) to bland (grits, no seasoning) to down-right inedible (banana french toast). We ended up going to Clary's for breakfast two days (highly recommend). Savannah B and B was in the historic area and close to everything. We did not use our car in the 5 days we were there. (The rate includes parking.) The rooms were very pretty and each was different. Breakfasts are excellent and the afternoon and evening snacks were good, also. There is a good pub/restaurant within 4 blocks (Crystal Bar) with typical […] southern dishes and reasonable rates. Savannah B&B is a beautiful hotel and we LOVED our room! Location is a little far from the river area, but it's an easy and pleasant walk. We also got free parking throughout the city as part of the deal, a great perk since there are meters everywhere. Overall, it was a great experience! I marked down service a little because there were a few minor […] issues with timing. Our first morning, we specifically signed up for a breakfast slot earlier than most other guests, but found the dining room packed with seats unavailable. Food was prepared in order of arrival, which left us waiting a considerable amount of time. It took nearly two hours to sit, eat and get back to our room. The next morning, we overslept our scheduled breakfast time by ten minutes when we got a call from the rest of our party saying they were shutting down the kitchen and would not serve us if we didn't hurry over. Plus there was a mix-up with housekeeping showing up while we were getting ready one morning and never coming back that day. But there was never an issue with the actual service provided. Everyone on the staff was fantastically friendly! We were constantly requesting special-order versions of the daily breakfast offering and the cook was always willing to accommodate. And there was never a shortage of chocolate chip cookies and other treats available in the lobby. In spite of some occasional hiccups, I would give the Savannah B&B high marks all around and would love to stay there again! Read more

What a FABULOUS B&B! All the rooms we saw were amazing and we LOVED our Tree Top Suite. Location is perfect; Pam was wonderful to work with and even had the sightseeing trolley pick us up and drop us off at the B&B. One block from Forsyth Park and from the house from the Garden of Good and Evil. Breakfast was great too!

The B&B is located away from the hustle and bustle. The walk to River Steet is about 20 minutes. All you have to do is go straight up Bull street. We stayed in the Azalea room with two queen beds. There were two other rooms on the same floor as ours. The Tree Top room has additional set of steps to go up and therefore puts the people in this room right over one of the beds in the Azalea room. I really have no complaints about this Inn. the breakfasts were delicious, they offered nice amenities (cookies, etc) throughout the day, and the room (basement floor) was wonderful. The only drawback was the on-street parking. The staff was courteous but not welcoming. Somewhat cold. The breakfast was mediocre. There was nothing wrong with the place, just not exceptional. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was a funky stain on the wall by the toilet that was disturbing, I don't even want to guess what it was. For the price, we expected more.

I loved this place. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night to break up our drive down to Florida for Christmas. It was the perfect little retreat, and affordable too. The staff was super helpful and friendly, letting us know about some great restaurants in the area as well as feeding our meter for us in the morning. It has it's own living area, small kitchen and private bedroom with beautiful views of the trees and streets below. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and we sat out on the covered porch in the back while the rain trickled down on the lush garden area. So relaxing. It really was exactly what you want from a bed and breakfast experience - full of charm and stress free. They even let us check out a little later.
