My husband and I decided to stay in this hotel on the way back from our vacation. I purchased this room because the hotel said it had three Stars and it was a decent price. This hotel should not be considered three stars. The door to the outside did not latch correctly making it easy to hear every truck or car that pulled up to the surrounding rooms. […] There was a large damp area in front of the micro fridge and the whole room just seemed damp. Then when I took a shower in the morning I could hardly stand because it felt like a waterbed under my feet. The tub needed to be replaced. The edges of the floor had not been dusted and I found random hairs in the bathroom. I felt like complaining but we were there such a short time. Had this been the hotel we booked for our vacation, I would have absolutely asked for a refund. Very dissappointed considering the star rating. I have stayed in Knights Inns that are just as nice. I booked this hotel on hotel.com as I always do with hotels. I have never been so dissatisfied! When I arrived the desk clerk was rude. She gave me my room keys, they didn't unlock the room! I went back to the front desk to let her know the key didn't work, she said, "oh, we have problems with that room sometimes" my question is, If you KNOW you have […] issues with this room why would you put someone in there at midnight? She then moved me to another room and I was able to get in . I got in the room and found it filthy. There was black mold in the bathroom, hair in the tub, the caulking around the tub and the toilet was black. I was very disappointed. Had I not been driving all day and it was not midnight, I would have went to another hotel. I am a property manager and there is no way I would let my property be in that shape. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This is an outside entrance motel. The rooms are very old and the beds uncomfortable. The pictures provided by the hotel website are misleading as they lead you to believe this is a hotel with interior rooms. The morning front desk attendant was highly unpleasant as we asked about breakfast.

Beggar in parking lot asking for money; room appeared vacuumed but not dusted; bed sheets were wrinkly as if not washed; other couple checking in left after room was similar to ours. Did not feel safe or clean. Would have left if room not pre-paid. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

I stayed one night at the hotel while my mother was in the hospital. It is literally right off of I-475 and very close to many stores and restaurants. Despite the fact that you are so close, I never once heard any noise from the interstate. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. The decorations in the room helps the room look better. The bed was soft and very comfy. I slept better than I do in my own bed! Tv was a tube tv, but it had a pretty large screen. The bathroom was just ok. It had a tub/shower that wasn't overly impressive. Everytime you flushed the toliet, for about 1 minute it sounded like it was about to take off. If you are looking for a hotel like the Hilton, then go stay in the Hilton because this is not it. But if you are looking for a quick, clean, cheap place to stay, you have found it here. Too many rules...can't rest in rooms...not bring able to rest in the room decreased my comfort level...I wanted to relax in privacy to eat breakfast but the host said only in the dining area because of ants...I would slow my guest to rest in the room but having it sprayed for bugs often to minimize ants.

This was a good point to stop on our way to orlando. The outside of the hotel is not as nice as the pictures show and our door got stuck in the door jamb alot. Other than that it was just fine. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was fine as well. It's no luxury hotel but for the price you can't beat it.

I asked for a smoking room, and although the room appeared clean, it didn't smell clean. There was a stale smoke odor. I smoke at home, but my house never smells like smoke. I think that there are air fresheners and room deodorizers that could be used to give the room a fresher smell.

It seemed that staff courtesy was a forced issue. The hot breakfast consisted of biscuits & gravy and a waffle maker. Stale pastries and 2 cereal choices along with finding the cleanest dirty table made breakfast very unappealing. Given the situation, it was an acceptable 1-night stopover. Eat elsewhere.
