At check in the Lady asked are we here with a group that was there for a wedding. The group was staying 3 nights and we were only staying for 1. We told her no multiple times. She charged us for 3 nights,but it was later fixed. The breakfast was not satisfying. Everything was diet or low fat Which tasted funny. The waffles were okay. The heated pool […] was amazing. The shower head gave me a hard time. The flatscreen was mounted very crookedly. I tried fixing it but it was not fixable. The bed was huge and very comfy but the room didnt get cold enough. The rooms and Lobby are very clean. Bathrooms are spacious and clean with large towels. The bed was alittle hard this visit. The last stay here the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. I will be staying here again in the future.

We liked the hotel but it took almost 20 minutes to find someone to check us in. The pool's heater was out and we only could use the spa. We had to go to the next hotel if we wanted to use the pool.

Decent hotel, clean suites, restaurants and grocery/shopping very near. Breakfast was underwhelming, cold cereal, yogurt, waffles, biscuits/gravy, no other standard hot breakfast fare. Parking is cramped and filled up quickly, as this hotel shares a lot with and is built perpendicular to a sister hotel (Baymont).

The Hotel attendant was very pleasant and helpful even though shje had to work more than 24 hours because of a snow storm. I don't know her name, but she worked Christmas day and the 26th.

We were only staying one night in Wichita Falls, so we wanted something inexpensive, nothing really fancy. This hotel was both! The staff was more than friendly. The bathroom was huge! The beds were really comfortable. Didn't have a ton of tv channels, but that is ok. Room was clean. No complaints about this hotel.

Not a bad stay, but not great, either. I tried to use the "Business Center" printer, but there is no Microsoft Office software installed on the computer, so I cannot open a Word doc to print it. And no Acrobat Reader, either. And the front desk doesn't have Admin rights, so I couldn't even install the MS Word Viewer.
