Gulf breezes were soft, temperature was mild. I like going to Panama City in the winter. Crowds weren't large, it wasn't too hot like in can be in August and the price was right!

The room was nice and walked right out to the patio where the pool was and right down to the beach. The view of the ocean was wonderful and we were on the first floor. The only issue we had was that it rained the entire time we were there so I could not walk on the beach. Not the fault of the hotel. The room was clean and I believe they are doing some updating. I would have stayed longer except for the weather. I would go there again.

Clean comfortable room inexpensive price hard to do better. Ok here's the Con's first - No ice machine, no hair dryer, and our Microwave turntable did not turn. Here are the PRO's - ON the Beach, heated Pool, nice hot tub, ON the beach, comfortable bed, full kitchen with full size Frig, ON the beach, lots of hot water in a powerful shower, its located at the end of the strip, so its out of the way from the lights and noise. To the West of the Hotel is just a 1/2 mile of beach with NOBODY on it. So your not snugged between two hotels. Oh did i mention its ON the Beach?

We had a short holiday in one of the villas here. Everything was grand. The biggest complaint, which isn't much of one, was that it was far away from the main pool area and boardwalk to the private beach. The room was quite clean; but since it is a timeshare rental, housekeeping does not come daily. However, we were given enough basic supplies (dishwasher […] detergent, soap, towels) that we didn't mind not having someone pick up after us. We reserved this hotel sight unseen. We were so pleased when we arrived. Location was great for us. Only a 10 minute Drive to panama city beach. We enjoyed the pool and beach on the hotel grounds. The restaurant "LIMES" on the grounds was great. We ate 2 of our meals there. Everything about the hotel room Was much better than others I have stayed in. […] We also were close to 2 grocery stores. If they would CLEAN the rooms (and the grimey pool outside of the rooms) then it would be an AMAZING hotel... Other than it being EXTREMELY confusing to figure out where to check-in and our room and the pool being filthy, it would have been an incredible experience. And if the staff would have been more helpful...Seriously...offering a free cleaning […] the morning people are checking out (when check out is at 10am) is NOT an acceptable solution to the problem!! First time staying at a Holiday Inn Villa. Had problems with check in. Had to go back to the check in building to get reassigned to the room we requested. Maid service does not come with room price. Nice area if you play golf. Room furniture was dated and worn. For the price I would rather have stayed in a Holiday Inn Hotel with full services.
