The hotel was nicely decorated and has two good restaurants on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again in the future. The only negative thing was that we were lacking a shower curtain but a quick call to the front desk and they brought one right up. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants but have to drive atleast fifteen minutes if you want to see attractions.

When asked about changing rooms we were told that they were full however the hotel appeared to be 1/2 empty. For the price we paid could have stayed somewhere eles much nicer -

We were VERY happy with our stay at the Prince Resort. Spacious room overlooking the Cherry Grove Pier was a perfect getaway with a perfect view! The room was a great size and had extras that were a wonderful surprise! We loved the kitchen complete with a hidden apartment sized washer/dryer and the deep garden tub. The balcony was absolutely what we were looking for when we were shopping for an oceanfront room. The only complaint we had was the front desk staff. They didn't seem to be very helpful when suggesting a place to eat. We were very surprised to find that the pier restaurant was closed at 7:45pm on a Saturday. We assumed it was because it was windy and raining thus causing a low amount of customers. The hotel's restaurant was closed on Sunday which was disappointing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay there again. It's the perfect quiet getaway!

Hotel was exactly as pictured on website. It exceeded my expectations. I booked a 2BR/2BA Oceanview suite. When I checked in I was given a 3BR suite at no extra charge. Hotel had a heated lazy river, which was great for the kids because the weather was cool as well as 2 hot tubs. All rooms were extremely clean and quiet. No smoking was a plus. It was nice to walk in a room or walk down the hall and not smell cigarettes. Hotel located in a quiet area of town but just minutes from everything. We stayed across the street from the ocean but the whole building has an unobstructed view of the ocean because there is nothing but a sand parking lot for the pier between the building we stayed in and the beach. The Cherry Grove Pier is right across the street. Hotel did not tolerate people running up and down the hallway being loud so that was a plus. There rules stated that quiet hours were from 11pm - 7am and were strictly enforced. Security guards constantly walking around parking deck so felt safe knowing that someone was watching my vehicle. I will definitely stay here again.

I do have to say that the king size bed was pretty short and my feet were hanging off the end. The view was amazing and the room itself was very clean and very relaxing. Bathrooms were quite large with a huge Tub to relax in. Only problem with the room that I seemed to have was the Wi-Fi... They said they had free wi-fi but I never seemed to get a good signal. Also breakfast was a little expensive but it was deff worth it! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking to save money and to have a very comfortable/relxing stay. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this place an 8.5

We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view suite in tower 3 from 8/18 to 8/23/08. To summarize: convenient to the beach, quiet, clean, basic condo living. Only complaint would be a general lack of security. Anyone could wander in and out of the resort. My greatest concerns as a previous 'condo stayer' what I will address here: Daily maid service was provided, including toiletries, dish towels, toilet paper, and tissues. Six towels were provided in each bathroom. Every room was cleaned, replenished, and vacuumed daily. Even the balcony was wiped down and chairs were cleaned. Between stays the windows outside are cleaned. The view was by far the best feature of this amazing resort. Huge windows in the living room and master bedroom had a full ocean view, as did the large balcony that could be accessed from the lr or master. Four chairs and 2 small tables were on the huge balcony. ALL of the rooms in this tower had this view and large balcony. All rooms overlooked the pool deck on the 9th floor. I could watch my family from the balcony on the 15th floor. Pick up towels in the weight room on the way. The lazy river was warm, but the other 2 pools were so cold that I did not go in them. The hot tubs were very nice. The resort was very quiet. With the balcony doors closed, pool noise was not a problem. I never heard other people on my floor. Waiting for the elevator was a typical waiting experience. The corridors are not truly interior, but have large open windows that look onto the intracoastal and marsh. We actually spent quite a bit of time looking out the 'back' of the hotel at the birds. Getting to the ocean was easy, with a two lane road to cross. Because of my disability, we actually drove to the parking lot in front of tower 3, and walked about 25 steps to the beach. A lifeguard is present who is very alert. Surfers and swimmers are separated. This is a small, quiet beach. No beach chair, umbrella, cart, etc rentals that I saw. We happily sat on the sand. Take

Overall, my stay was good and I'd consider staying there again. The one thing that might keep me from staying there was the bed. It was really uncomfortable... very hard. I stayed a week with my wife and 2 young kids and was absolutely amazed at the quality of service we received. We stayed in Tower 3 (across the street from the beach) and was quite pleased. It was convenient since we were in the tower with the parking garage. We had a great view of the rooftop pools plus a beautiful view of the beach. It was considered an "ocean view" room, but to me was an ocean front room as we faced the water from the balcony. The housekeeping was outstanding. We would go out for a late breakfast or for lunch, and we would come back to a spotless room - with clean sheets too!! It was great that the housekeeping staff didn't "bother" us while in the room. The only complaint I have is the parking area to check in is rather small with only a few parking spaces. They are all for "check in" purposes, but aren't enforced. We saw people getting in the cars coming from the pool. All in all we had a wonderful time, and couldn't have been happier with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids.

We stated in a ocean view studio in the main ocean front building. Our room was a little smaller than most because the studio rooms are corner rooms but we really liked it. The beach was great and convienent, the pool was fun especially across the street. If we stay again we will request the building across the street the view is great and it is closer to the parking deck and the pool and not any farther to walk to the beach. The building we stayed in had a major power outtage on Monday of our stay and it did not come back on until the following Tuesday evening. It was a total fluke on their part. We were moved several times. I do think they did their very best to help make us comfortable, but we kept getting "know one said we couldn't stay in our room" and "why would we want compensation"? They are planning to compensate us for 2 days, although it has happened yet, we asked to extend our stay by 2 days instead but they said they were full, but when we got home and checked on line, the exact room we were in was listed on another booking site...oh well The only other comoplaint i have is the lack of general communication, fire alarm going off, no power and it was hard to know when to leave or not??? all and in all I think extent of angry hot, tired people they were being faced with, hopefully they will have a plan for communicating with guest and each other for the next time. ( we got different answeres everytime we talked to someone else) Very nice place even with all that being said. Would probablly even stay there again. (if we get our money back)

we arrived to at the Prince Resort and we initially were very impressed. The facility and room looked brand new. The menu at the restaurant was very reasonably priced. The view was great, and the amenities seemed impressive. However, there are a few aspects that guests need to be aware of before staying. First, no room service available. 2nd, the parking for the Resort is a pain if you are staying in the ocean front bldg. You have you haul all your belongings down several flights in the parking garage, because the first 3 floors of the garage are reserved for non-resort guests. Then you have to drag your stuff across the street and up to your room. There is no concierge or bellmen. The Prince Resort reservation dept. is outsourced, so when you call in the person on the other end of the phone is clueless as to any details of the facility and can't answer any questions that are not related to booking. Also, they will not tell you what room you are in until check in. Lastly, if you have any maintenance issues, be prepared to wait. It took 3 days for someone to come look at the dishwasher, which did not work. This was a royal pain. I called multiple times daily and had to get jerky with the staff before anyone made anything happen.
