I loved my stay. The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly and informative! The location of the hotel was better than I expected - it was right on the beach! AWESOME!!

VERY limited parking, especially for handicapped. Parking was across the street in a dirt lot. The room was lacking an alarm clock in the bedroom. The sofa was so worn that it seemed like you were sitting on the floor!

Other than being charged an extra $40.00 upon registering, we were quite happy. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. The housekeeping was satisfactory and supplies filled daily. We were on the 9th floor with the lazy river pool out our front door...the beach was not visible from our room but the ocean was. The water […] was quite cold in the pools but there were sufficient chairs for lounging in the sun. The tinted windows were great for viewing the outdoors without people being able to see in. We booked the hotel with Expedia. I called to make a reservation on the highest floor possible which was the 17th floor. When we arrived and checked in we got a room on the 3rd floor. I was told that they don't reserve specific rooms. So we decided to go with it and make the best out of the situation. We got up to the room and started putting our things […] away. I found hairs in the fridge, in the bathroom and in our bed.The floors were dirty. The 1st morning I got up to make coffee, when I opened the coffeemaker I found a cockroach! I understand it's a hotel at the beach and you will find those things there. I called the front desk to have a new coffeemaker brought up to the room. After 30 min. wait we had to call back because it still had not arrived. After that thank god we didn't have anymore issues. It is a nice hotel overall. The room was nice, nice pools, they have a breakfast bar. Right on the pier is a restaurant with good food. The staff was nice. But with the issues we had I won't stay in this hotel again. Read more

We were there for 6 nights and had no room service 2 nights and had to ask for the room to be done on Wednesday. My wife ended up fixing the bed and cleaning up the rooms. Tuesday no service/ Wednesday my wife saw a cleaning personnel in the hall and asked her to do the room. We rented a marsh view on the 17th floor in tower 2. Wow, what a view over the marsh, inlet, peninsula and the north beach. Restaurants and bar are good and reasonably priced. The location is great, not too busy, but close enough to the attractions.

The couch and the bed were very uncomfortable. the shower curtain is disenegrating by the gromets, otherwise the room was fine. We had an emergency evac. of the hotel at 7:00am and had to walk down 18 floors. There was no customer service from hotel. They didn't offer a cup of coffee a drink of water or even an explanation of what happened. We finally […] went across the street to sit in the main lobby. The staff never let us know when we could go back to our rooms. We had to keep looking out the window to see when the fire trucks left. Even though we had a corner room with a view of the marsh from a small patio, we also had a great view of the ocean from the other tall and wide floor to ceiling window in the kitchen area and we could see the ocean when sitting on the sofa. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, especially with our beach wagon. Would definately stay here again.

Excelent service with a warm homelike feel. Percilla the housekeeper is most responsible with her charming personality and her signature touch with the bath towels (artisticaly folded towels and rags). Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in.

When we first arrived I didn't get a great feeling due to the fact that the elevators were crowded and slow. Then when we got to the room is was a nice surprise. We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view and it was clean and modern. The one thing I liked is for a beach hotel there was never any smell of mildew. First of all, I specifically asked for "oceanfront" when I called. We got across the street. Desk clerk appeared mad at us when we told him. Wouldn't change anything without $600+. Then we put a "do not disturb" on our door, came back to find a staff IN OUR ROOM. She gave us an excuse about they have to come in anyway. Next day someone went through […] our bags. Beds were thrown together sloppily. They did offer a breakfast to us but NOTHING makes up for our feelings of violation by staff. We had a great time at the Prince Resort. Check in and check out were very smooth. All of the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in tower 2 because that is where the parking garage is located. Very convienent. We will be back!

The staff that checks you in is the first thing you encounter & I was not happy with her attitude. She never smiled or explained that our floor was not numbered in the elevator because it was the pool floor, so we had to search for our room!

It was a very nice hotel, It was a little confusing where you had to check in. They have two towers but you can only check in at one of them. Maid service missed a couple of days but overall enough towels to last. However the bed had a lot to be desired! It was a king but felt like I was sleeping on a pull out sofa the whole week.

My sheets very a little discolored as well as one of my pillow cases in master bedroom. The check-in was later than 4o'clock, which i thought they could have offered an extra hour for checkout since this took more time away from our stay.

I was very surprised of the quality. The suite was spacious and very comfortable for a long or short vacation. If you are handicapped, the beds are very low and the sides of the garden tub are high so it requires a high step to get in, so you might want to ask for a special room.
