Second time to stay here. Nice facility. Clean rooms, great views (can't speak to the non-ocean front building as never stayed in it - however I know most everybody was wanting to be transferred to the ocean front tower). Nice staff and convenient to many restaurants.

We loved the facility. It is condos. Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Sliding glass doors on the beach side in the master bedroom and family room. The sound waves was very relaxing. Balcony with each facility. When face the beach have sun on balcony until about 11 a.m. There is a small pool but don't see the ocean from the pool. Can rent chairs from facility […] for $3.00 a day very comfortable on the beach (what there is left of the beach). The staff are great. Free washer and dryers on each floor. Daily maid service. Only compaint is that the beach has been washed away. We couldn't walk the beach like we did 2 years ago. There is talk by the locals of bringing in sand and building the beach back up. My wife and I had her family come down (5) and they have never been to FL, perfect display of Florida lifestyle! Pool and hot tub were very nice, beach was obviously very close, and had ocean view. Could not have picked a better hotel with this location for the price.

Vistana's Beach Club overall provided us a great stay. We had requested an ocean front room weeks in advance, and after some arm twisting, we were able to get it. We didn't realize this was a time-share before we booked it. You may want to go to their site and book that way if you really want an ocean-front room, as I think those booking on Expedia […] (as we did) get lowest priority. They gave us a pack and play and high chair for our toddler (requested weeks in advance), which worked out mostly well. The first pack and play they gave us was musty and smelled awful, which we didn't realize until late at night, after coming back from stopping by family in the area; so our daughter slept on the floor the first night. The next morning, they were happy to replace it with a new one, which was in great condition and worked out really well for the remainder of the stay. The rooms are very clean and the same-floor laundry was fantastic, having a toddler along. The pool is also really nice. The ocean front rooms are partially renovated--granite countertops and flatscreen TVs, but the carpet, furniture, and bath tub look a little old and like they could use replacing. This is an amazing value. It is really not a hotel at all. It is condominiums that haven't all sold and some are being rented, so maid service is not daily and some minor things are not in room. Having said that, the suites are GORGEOUS, with full kitchen, washer and driver in unit, two full bedroom and bath with jetted tub in master, gorgeous balcony, […] every room faces the beach, furnishings are superb. The pool is gorgeous, it is on a fantastic beach, it was not at all crowded, and the people who worked there were very, very nice. You could sleep up to 8 people. Great location, and the room was recently renovated (we were the first to occupy it since it was renovated). Even though this was a "no housekeeping" rental the staff was very helpful and offered to change our towels half way through our stay, and brought us extra soap. I would certainly stay there again, and would recommend it to friends.

It is right on the beach. We had a two bedroom ocean front on the third floor. Something for everyone to do. They go above and beyond with free activities and entertainment for children. The parking could be better and there is no onsite restaurant but there are several good restaurants nearby.

Absolute misrepresentation of "all suites have oceanviews". Not true for those of us on first floor above the lobby area: views blocked by dense 30' hedge, most disappointing - our view was bushes. Be sure to insist on a higher floor when booking. We paid the same for bushes as those with unobstructed ocean views.

Due to other obligation we did not get to spend the time on the beach as much as we had hoped, however,we had a corner room with a wrap around balcony, the view was great. It was like a small apartment. You can walk to places to eat, but is was a bit of a walk. All other aspects were great.
