the blue is a boutique hotel with extremely attentive service The rooms were immaculate and well decorated. the pool was very nice and quiet with chairs and cabanas no extra charge. The fitness room was small but the spa and the attendants were extremely attentive. The only disadvantage was that it was 20-25 minutes from miami beach if you wanted to go in the ocean. If this hotel was at miami beach the rooms would be triple the price I would definitely recommend this hotel for only adults or for a get away for the family

The Blue is one of the most magnificent resorts we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at many, from the Waldorf Astoria and the Grand Hyatt in New York to the Four Seasons in Seattle. Every aspect of our stay was superb. From the moment we drove through the main gate and were greeted by the smiling security guard, to the time we signed in at the front desk, working with the accommodating staff there, to our daily interactions with the maids, custodians, and golf course maintenance crew, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The room is spacious and has every amenity we could have asked for, from commodious closets, to lightning-fast wireless hook-ups, to large-screen, crystal-clear TV in the main room and a smaller version in the bathroom. The view of the golf course brings beautiful greenery and a sense of peace. And every member of the staff made us feel that we were special, as if they were there just to serve us. We stayed for a week, and then came back later for another one. We were dealing with difficult family circumstances, and everyone at The Blue, from Ingrid, one of the Managers, to the woman who brought us clean towels, treated us as if they were members of our family. When we returned, we were welcomed home as if we were attending a family reunion. If any family or friends come to visit in Miami, we will definitely put them up at The Blue. Whether they are on vacation or making a business trip, we know The Blue will meet all of their needs and make them feel right at home, too.

The service is amazing and the hotel rooms great value for the money. We experienced a minor problem with the shower plumbing and the front desk went out of their way to fix it and upgrade us. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice Resort with big and newly furnished Rooms. Free Parking, Pool, Gym and Internet make this an overall nice stay for business and leisure tourists. Price is absolutely right for the quality you get. Front Desk Staff very helpful and polite.

the blue was great i loved it. the room was real modern it was as big as a studio apartment with everything you need. they did a great job on this place.. the cons is that the drinks at the bar were really expencive im talking $29.00 for to mixed drinks. i think they need to come down on the price of drinks to be the #1 hotel in miami..

We spent 5 wonderful days here. Only drawback is it wasn't by the beach. The staff has been well trained in the "concept" of customer comes first. Its hard to please a new yorker but they did.

I travel constantly and stay in a lot of hotels and The Blue is definitely at the top of my list. Beautiful Suite overlooking the golf course. Extremely comfortable bed, a jacuzzi tub to die for and extremely fabulous shower. I can not say enough nice things about this hotel and I am EXTREMELY PARTICULAR. I will definitely make this one of the regular stops. Can't wait to go back. Thank you

Best deal in Miami by far! Beautiful and spacious rooms! Great pool too. Ate in restaurant one night. Wasn't great, better food and deals off site. Weren't many people at resort while we were there but they still had problems keeping fresh towels by the pool. One day I had to ask three times for towels and it took over an hour for them to arrive! When we returned to the room at 5pm, after being out all day, we found that our room was not cleaned. The housekeeping manager tried to explain that it was because they were busy getting rooms ready for the Labor Day crowd. Would make more sense to be to take care of the customer's who are there now! The hotel manager Ingrid comp'd us for dinner for the towel and room cleaning problems. Unfourtunately, the food wasn't good and it wound up costing us over $85 after wine and bottled water. Should have eaten out anyway. All said, the grounds and rooms are incredible. It's a new resort and I am sure they have some bugs to work out. I would take a hard look at the personnel who are running the place though.

Recently stayed in the hotel and it believe it was a great value for the money. It is too far away for those seeking the action of south beach but very comfortable if you want to unwind and have a romantic getaway for two or for business travelers doing business in the nearby areas. I was impressed by the size of the room and how good it looked - its new and modern and includes kitchen, dining table, plasma tv, and a big bathroom. The only item not working was the wireless internet connection which I was never able to connect to. Hotel staff was also kind enough to provide us a late checkout until 1pm at no charge since checkout time is 11am, which is a little early, compared to the usual check out time of 12pm in most hotels, but they had no problem in accomodating this request.

I stayed at THE BLUE August 20-25, and from the moment My Husband and I arrived we were treated very friendly and welcome, we arrived after check-in but we still received perfect accommadations. Housekeeping is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are soooooooooo comfortable. The rain forrest shower is very relaxing. The pool is very nice! and parking was free!!!!!. The only down fall is the deposit amount you may have to use to secure your stay but it will be reimbursed. I would like to say Andres at the front desk and Delilah (manager)were very helpul. I will definately stay again

Everything about this hotel was amazing: the restaurant, the staff, the room, etc. My favorite part of the hotel stay was the bathroom. I have never experienced a nicer shower in my life! The rooms are big, staff is polite, decent work out room and great restaurant attached to hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The Blue is a top notch hotel about 20 minutes away from the action of South Beach and Biscayne Bay. The room was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings- comfortable and warm but modern. The bathroom was enormous- with a terrific shower and a seperate jacuzzi tub. A standout for us was the great kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We were traveling with our grandaughter who is three and working on her table manners- so we found it convenient to stay in and cook rather than eat out- although there were several upscale restraunts in the surronding area. The entire resort was very quiet and serene- not a good place for anyone looking to party in South Beach -more like a respite from the action.

The Blue is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so wonderful. They make sure your stay is as wonderful as it can be. The rooms are beautiful and the views of the golf course are great! The bathrooms are amazing...the shower is OMG! The food at the restaurant was good...it is a new restaurant so they are learning but for the most part it was good. The food was delicious but the service was slow. They are new so I will not hold it against them! I would not hesistate to recomend this hotel to anyone. I stayed with my family and the suite was just perfect. The pool is very nice and again the hotel service was above and beyond!

The suite was fabulous- modern, spacious and very upscale. The staff couldn't be nicer. A few bumps with service but nothing major- the staff was so pleasant and responsive - I feel guilty mentioning it. The Blue is a great value- my only fear is that once the word gets out it will no longer be affordable.

the rooms are amazing, the bathrooms are incredible, all the appliances in the kitchen are Kitchenaid stainless steel, jetted tub, just a breathtaking place, crew was ok, they walked in our room a couple of times with a really short notice.

The hotel was gorgeous! The grounds were beautiful with a relaxing pool area. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable, just wish we had more time to enjoy!

My husband and I stayed at your hotel on 4-11-78 for my husband’s birthday. The staff sent us a complimentary wine bottle for my husband which we of course appreciated. I decided to treat my husband to a spa treatment which was the first item listed on the men’s menu a facial with a back, hand and feet massage. When he got back from the spa he informed that he only got a facial so I let the front desk staff know. ______________ was the person who helped me, she is very professional and courteous. She advised the spa that they had made a mistake and we were told to wait until the Spa could fit him in again as they were very busy. My husband mentioned to me that he was very happy with the lady who did his facial, she had done a good job but it was not complete. I also want to note that the lady who did the facial asked the girl who was in the spa reception area at the time if it was only a facial and she said yes. When my husband returned to the Spa instead of getting the hand, feet, neck, back massage he was questioned by the Spa and told that the massage was not a full body massage which we understand. He was quite embarrassed to be questioned over and over about the same thing which I thought was very unprofessional instead of admitting their mistake they made him feel as if he was wrong to expect the completion of the treatment. He actually wanted to leave but did not want to make things worse by doing so. He ended up getting reflexology on his feet and again told that the service we originally ordered did not include a back, neck, hands and feet massage which it does (see your brochure). By this point we had spent a large part of the afternoon during this whole process of waiting and going back to the spa so I a service that should have been completed in one hour started at 1:00 and was completed past 4:00! All that aside I ordered room service for lunch with the exception of the soup the food was really not good, again we didn’t want to make a big deal so we ju

We fell in love with "The Blue Resort". The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was beautiful and loved the golf course view. We will definately return. The only cons are that the restaurants require a commute and the restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definately return.
