Great hotel to stay at. Service was top notch. The room was perfect. Large restroom was fit for a king. Bed was extremely comfortable. The view was amazing from the 44th floor. Palazzo will definitely be our first choice for a hotel. You will not be disappointed.

They were just getting ready for pool season and trying to get the cabana reserved was a cluster. We were sent back and forth between the cabana stand and the concierge. The rooms in this hotel are larger than most other hotels. The work out facilities are first rate. We had access to the Prestige lounge and it was well worth the extra cost to have breakfast, drinks and dinner included. We were also able to avoid check in lines. The stay was great. Our only issue was that we called the luggage service twice to help us carry all the baggage to the lobby and nobody showed up. After waiting for 15 mins we had to make the trek ourselves, 2 babies in tow!

Basic suites are large at 720 sq feet but with 3000 rooms at Palazzo there is a quality issue. Furniture and fixtures are showing wear and 3 of 5 rooms checked were not clean, one suite on floor 35 with a view of the strip even had a used, dirty bathroom and we saw thick dust on every surface. Marble steps and surfaces have stains and the furniture […] is showing wear. Access to amenities is confusing and the automatic Resort Fee is just extortion for internet. and spa access, leaving some guests with an abused feeling. Read more

The service could have been better and as a result of a unclean bedding with pillows. The TV in bathroom not working properly and when quality of service is in question. The response is on the defense side not the humble side of service. Will not stay in this hotel only because they rather defend them selves than service there guest.

Loved everything. Would definitely stay here again. Bell hop/luggage staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable beds and sofa. There was a little issue with the lights above the beds. We couldn't figure out how to turn them off or if they were able to be turned off. It was a little distracting when we were wanting to go to sleep.

I treated my sister and mom to this trip and was pleased that they were blown away by the large stylish room and great view. Three TVs, Three telephones, remote controlled window shades and drapes, very clean and excellent service. Although a bit expensive, midweek rates are definitely worth the money. Check out the Bouchon restaurant on the 10 th floor. Great food, presentation and service at surprisingly reasonable prices.

Stayed two nights on a quick Vegas trip. Location is fantastic to the Chinatown strip for authentic and reasonable priced food, which is one of the goals of the trip. Parking is convenient to the guest rooms without having for walk through a lot of the casino to get back. I went to Vegas with some of my friends this past weekend (Friday - Sunday) and we stayed at the Palazzo - Bella Suite. Our experience was amazing. The hotel was at a very convenient location. It was walking distance from all the hottest nightclubs, next to Walgreens and the strip was actually very close to the airport. Our suite had 2 queen beds and […] a sectional sofa, a gorgeous bathroom, closet, 3 TVs, lots of mirrors for getting ready etc. It was very clean and beautiful! The service at the hotel was amazing from the moment we walked in. We were able to check in our luggage before our check in time and after our check out time. The hotel cleaning staff was very attentive with providing us with all the things we needed. And the cab service through the hotel was good too. Palazzo is right next to Venetian so we were able to walk around everywhere to check out the shops, gondolas, restaurants etc. It was very convenient that the nightclubs Tao and Lavo was inside the hotel. Also the cafe Lux was right there too. Happy hour (Weekdays only) in this cafe was incredibly cheap and the food was amazing. And as for the decor of the hotel, SUPERB! Overall, we had a memorable time here.... P.S. We didn't get any hidden/extra charges because we were careful from the very beginning about not moving any snacks or drinks from the mini-bar area. The rooms at Palazzo are quite lovely. The beds are comfy, and I love that that bedroom area is elevated from the living space. We did not pay extra for a strip view, but got a decent view of the Wynn and Encore anyway. The hotel is very easy to exit and the elevators are never too packed. Check in was easy...lovely and quick during rush hour on a Friday. […] My only criticism is that the hotel does feel a little further out. We stayed here on our last night in Las Vegas and loved it! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We also loved watching games at Lagasse's Stadium. The food and service were both great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
