Great place. Only 2 things possibly cons for some. Fridge so full couldn't get our own drink space, outside bar a little noisy at night, but über cool. Fantastic view, great location, very comfortable bed, big room, inferno suites rock. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our balcony gave us the perfect view of the London Bridge. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. Restaurants were within walking distance. There is a very nice river walkway just outside the hotel.

I stay here on average of once a year. Rooms are always in tip top shape, very friendly and helpful service, right next to the bridge so very accessible to restaurants and the water. Inferno suites are unbelievable ! A++++ only place I will ever stay in Lake Havasu..

The hotel is undergoing a remodel. The third floor looks like a sanitarium. Nice location on water and great deck. Good running trails. Just stay after the remodel is complete.

This hotel was the only available on Hotels.com for the date we needed. It was very trendy, very over priced. We spent 2 nights at the Billagio in Las Vegas for the same price. Also, the DJ was blaring music above our room late into the evening. I won't waste my money at this hotel again.

Stayed for one night each way on our journey to an from the Tucson Gem Shows. Restful and refreshing after a long days drive. The night of our return trip was marred by very loud neighbors overhead. I had high expectations for this hotel, sadly they let me down in a big way. When I first arrived I was informed that they had no parking for trailers whatsoever! It's hard for me to believe that someone was stupid enough to build a hotel in Lake Havasu and not offer parking for people with a boat or a seadoo but the Heat hotel did! Sadly that's not […] even the worst part of this hotel, the walls are extremely thin, if you're a light sleeper STAY AWAY! You can literally hear everything from either side of you. It's almost as if there's less than a inch of drywall in between each room. Patrol boats fired their engines up and ran them at 3 am right in front of the hotel, To top all of that non sense off, the noise from people driving over the london bridge at all hours of the day is unbearable. All of this occurred during havasu's dead season. I couldn't imagine loud this place is during the summer. A piece of advice to anyone interested in their suites, STAY AWAY! Their "Inferno Suite" is located directly next to the elevator! Whoever designed this hotel did a terrible job. I will never stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was the first time I stayed at the Heat hotel, and it is by far the best hotel I have experienced in Lake Havasu. The hotel is just at the feet of the London Bridge, the view from the balcony can not be better than that. Really quite, when you close the windows you can't hear anything. Hotel is definately one of the nicer ones in the area. If you get a room on the ground floor under the bar it can be quite loud--especially when you are really tired from a long drive in and want to actually sleep. Cleanliness of room was ok--some of the decor needs replacement or an extra clean. Decor of the room was on the modern side with an open plan and no doors between living/bed/bathroom. Lots of colored enhancement lighting throughout that changes color repeatedly--it took a while to find all the lights to turn them off at night. The shower can hold a dozen and there is a tub in the center of the bath area room to walk around. A bit different from standard hotels but modern and spacious. Read more

Room was clean and neat. Very good location. View of the bridge could not have been better! Only thing I would mention is that there was not enough light. Curtains drawn to get dressed cut out light for other things. But all in all I really liked my one night stay. The complementary wine was a very nice touch.

It was the last decent affordable hotel in Havasu that had a room (October Relics & Rods Car Show) We had no idea what to expect. Cool atmosphere; friendly staff; great housekeeping; free WiFi; beautiful convenient location w/everything w/in walking distance-restaurants, drug stores, jet ski/paddle board rentals, shopping) This is the room you wanted […] to book when you were 25 & single but couldn't afford it (but rates were definitely not at the high end). Huge room w/large seating area, modern & comfortable, but a few minor amenities missing. We stayed for 6 days-wouldn't have been an issue if we were there for the weekend (no robe/towel hook next to the massive shower; 4 hangers in the closet, no safe in the room). In all fairness we never complained to staff & gave them a chance to correct these things, so I almost feel bad mentioning them. Our room had an inexpensive honor bar w/lots of choices. It was never restocked completely but they did not overcharge for what we did consume. The exterior wall was glass floor to ceiling w/two doors that opened to a balcony shared w/a room next to us. The balcony overlooked Heat's bar and the Channel. If you can't tune out loud music, understand where your room is located or don't stay at Heat. It's not realistic to ask a bar to turn down it's music on Friday & Saturday night. We sucked it up, stuffed cotton in our ears & sunk in to that FABULOUS BED! If we stayed again, I would ask more questions about the room location. Read more

I had a corner room overlooking the lake and London Bridge. It was fantastic. The view was amazing. The bathtub was enormous with jets! The only annoying thing about my stay was that there was only one switch in the bathroom and it controlled both the light and the fan. The fan was very loud, which is sometimes a good thing, but if you want to soak […] in the enormous tub and listen to the TV in the other room, the fan drowns out any other sound. So you're stuck in the tub with a choice of being in the dark with the fan off (so you can hear the TV), or be in the light and alone with your thoughts and bored to death. If I stayed there again, I'd probably bring a lamp in there from the bedroom and that would allow me to silence the deafening fan. But otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel! There's a great Mexican restaurant/bar next door (don't order the tacos), so you don't have to even get in the car to go find some dinner). And the hotel has a fabulous outdoor bar. The style of the hotel is contemporary. It's beautiful. The balconies are huge and the view is fantastic. Also it's pet friendly. I had to sign something that said they'd charge me a pet fee of $50 but they never did (I had booked the hotel on Expedia, so maybe that's why). They were super friendly to my dog (and to me!). When we first arrived, we were able to tell the hotel had accommodated many spring breakers. The carpets worn, black mold in the bathroom grout, very little bathroom amenities. However, the view was SPECTACULAR! And we enjoyed so much hanging out on the patio.

Unfortunately, I arrived late to the hotel. I wish I would have left earlier to take in the many amenities that the hotel and my room offered. I was greeted at 130am by a friendly staff and at that point, just wanted to go shower and go to sleep. I got to the room and opened up my balcony door to a very nice Lake Havasu "morning". I found myself tempted […] by the rather nice sized jacuzzi tub. Because I was so tired, I opted for a shower (outstanding water pressure!) and crashed out on the TempeurPedic bed. I ended up oversleeping in the morning and again, didn't get to take advantage of the jacuzzi tub. I ended up being greeted again at check out by two very nice staff members and I was on my way. In the end, clean room, great location, awesome staff...I will be visiting again soon! Read more

I would recommend the hotel think about changing the mattress. Ours was a bit bumpy. Like too many people have slept on the edge and not in the middle. I love this hotel, it is right on the lake and close to dining areas. But while the room is clean and well kept, but my only complaint would be the mattress and sleeping is most important overall.

I've stayed at 5 Star hotels all over the USA & the Heat Hotel should be up there!!! when you first walk in you think it's a joke.. the check-in desk is a Bar? but it is! we lucked out & got our Inferno Suite & Infernito suites on a Friday and we were Blown away with the Size of these things!! We stayed for two nights and didn't want to leave... seriously! […] Everything is in walking distance to this place as well.. you can be in the water in 15 seconds & they have a pretty nice bar on the premises too. The staff is incredibly helpful and even showed us the other suites upon our checkout for our next trip there! The only thing that we didn't like that there wasn't a pool on the property.. but big deal... there's Lake Havasu right there for you! My recommendation is BOOK YOUR ROOM NOW!!! Read more
