Walls are VERY thin...heard EVERYONE in the halls all night and the people in the room next to us. It got so bad that we called the front desk and after they didn't do anything about it I went and ask they to quiet down. Will NOT stay there again! The floor in the bathroom had a green substance that I assume were boogers...so gross!

The doors are loud when they close. So you can hear everyone going in and out of their rooms at night when you are trying to sleep. The breakfast was ok, not great. But other than that it was nice

We loved the hotel. We used it as a one night family get away...the staff was friendly to my children, the rooms were immaculate, pool was clean, nice amenities. Also, the breakfast was well rounded and at 8am was still fully stocked. Near many restaurants and shops.

There were children there for some type of team activity and they kept running up and down and slamming doors. At 10:30 we finally called front desk and they took care of it. But...the doors really slam loudly in a.m. wish they could close quietly. No way to sleep after 6 a.m. cheap toilet paper, bed mattress was lumpy and uneven.

We loved the hotel but at night when getting kids settled we found it hard to find quality TV for them to watch. The was no Disney channel or PBS for them. I hardly think Nick and Cartoon network are fit for children to watch anymore. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay agian. The hotel itself was very nice and accommadating.

Most hotels in the area are far more expensive for similar conditions. Everything was clean and it was a good bargain considering the surrounding hotels. It is on the south side, and while a nice neighborhood is away from the downtown area. Also a warning for travelers, avoid the creek turnpike unless you have a lot of change in your vehicle. We had a nice clean comfortable room for a three night stay. Internet good. Breakfast good. Hallways were loud with doors closing shut. Noise carried through to rooms. Front desk was helpful in finding places to eat. Nice neighborhood.

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Wifi didn't work half the time, needed to use Internet for business. I went down to the business center and no luck there either. I told the front desk, and I just got a sorry. We also blew a fuse in half of the room and called the front desk, and it took over an hour to reset.

Hotel was great! The room was very comfortable; best beds we've had at a hotel in quite some time. The comforter was silky and plush, really high end looking for this price range. The TV had cable; games and music for rent. The desk area was very adequate with all the hookups for a laptop, etc. The a/c unit was a little loud, but it was running good […] and kept the room very comfortable and took care of the humidity. The bathroom had ample towels, etc. The shower/tub was clean and the area was free of dirt or hair. Pool is great size, has an outdoor deck area that was super nice. The pool area had a hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was good; eggs, biscuts and gravy, waffles, cold cereals, danishes, fruit. The breakfast staff kept up well in the food area, but the dining room needed tables wiped down; however, it was a busy weekend. We went to several sites around the city and the driving from the hotel was easy. We used the business office to print directions, etc. The staff was helpful and accomodating. I chose the hotel because of the shopping area that appeared to be within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was completely functional; the shoppping area is still in transition. I'm not sure how this hotel got only 2.5 stars at the time of my booking. The hotel was clean all the way through. The room was cleaned and had a wide/long shower that provided plenty of room. The room had coffee, ironing board, refridgerator, microwave, TV. I stayed in a King, and it was large with a desk and a laptop pad to sit on your lap. Even the […] carpet was clean. The only negative was the air conditioner was a wall unit and when turned on, it was very loud and blew the curtains which could potentially allow someone to peak in the room. Other than that, it was great. The hotel was conveniently located next to several different places to eat...fast food and sit down. There is a shopping center with dozens of stores within 200 yards of the hotel. It was not a loud place, however except when people let their door slam when coming/leaving their room. Free breakfast was good except for sausage and egg gravy mix...but it was free and there was plenty of fruits, pastries, juice, and coffee. The mall is about 2-3 miles North. Read more
