The Grand is a beautiful hotel located outside of the city center in Luang Prabang. The grounds are gorgeous and the hotel overlooks the river. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. Wifi connection was almost nonexistent so don't rely on it, but there are two desktops available for free in the main lobby. Overall, the stay here was great but the hotel is quite far from the center of Luang Prabang and the tourist area so if you want to be in the middle of the action, this place isn't for you. However, the place is quite beautiful and tranquil and the free shuttle to town (they give you a schedule when you check in) almost makes up for the distance.

"3 Nagas - a must"
Beautiful hotel. Great position in Luang Prabang. On Main Street where monks take alms in early light. One block up from Mekong River. Delicious food served in restaurant. "Excellent stay at The Three Nagas, Luang Prabang."
We thoroughly enjoyed our short (2 nights) stay at The Three Nagas. The room was comfortable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is excellent, close to all the main sights and yet in a peaceful and quiet area. We also had a good dinner there on one of the nights. We would have liked a swimming pool but that is the […] only thing that we felt was lacking, and not so important in the cool season. "ロケーション抜群"
旧市街のはずれにあるのですが、早朝の托鉢はホテルの前を通るし、旧市街の散策にも最適の場所です。２日掛けて市街の名所を歩き回りました。ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで、チェックインとチェックアウトの時はわざわざマネージャーが挨拶に来ました。私達が泊まったのは通りを隔てた別館だったのですが、２階建て８部屋のこじんまりとした建物でした。１階の部屋だったので、自分の部屋の延長のように庭にも出ることができ、ゆったりとした気分になりました。スローライフを満喫しました。Genuine Expedia guest review
