Spendid hotel in semi-tropical gardens. Some features need atterntion, such as bath and celing fixture, but hotel is simply spenldid and very highly reccommended.

Spent one night before proceeding to the airport . Amazing room but a little dark to my liking ( i generally prefer white colored bedding vs the multi-colored bedding) . Bed was comfortable . TV was great and the room service was good too. Reception was kind enough to get me a cab in the wee hours of the morning . Location is very central and I had a lot of vegetarian options around . Nice place to stay .

I decided to stay in this place for some personal business in Bangalore. The room was spacious and the bedding was clean and comfortable. TV was good and had all the channels I cared about . Restrooms were neat and clean and great hot water in the shower. decent breakfast ( i think they try to accomodate a variety of cuisines and some of the items did not taste authentic - case and point the chutney's were diluted but I am nitpicking here ! ) For the most part this served my needs and would go back any time .

"Worst Hotel People Behaviour"
This is so far the worst hotel i have ever stayed, Front desk people is very rude, they dont even greet you when you come and not even a invitation to be seated. Moreover they will look cheap when you book through travel agent and come there to stay, as if we are staying for free. My suggestion is to forget this hotel for a stay, you will be disappointed […] with the rude behaviour of this hotel people..
