This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Staff is courteous, and sushi restaurant is very good, but rooms are in need of upgrade. Furniture is old, carpet is old. I will only stay there again because of limited hotel options in Sao Carlos. GIve me another convenient option, and I would take it.

O atendimento foi bastante satisfatório, café da manhã com variedades também foi bom. A tv do quarto poderia ser maior e mais bem localizada. Na verdade, o quarto poderia ser modernizado. Não gostei da iluminação do corredor muito menos do carpete de nylon. Mas, no geral, para um fim de semana me serviu perfeitamente. Sucesso a vocês.
