I've stayed at this hotel before and was "ok" with it. The only downside was the parking situation. Even so I decided to stay here again and was not disappointed. Management was great! Breakfast one morning was a bit hectic and the lady running the kitchen that morning saw the frustration of my sister when she wasn't able to get a waffle. I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. I was there for 12 nights during a training and was highly impressed. Every staff member went out of their way to be helpful. I asked for a fridge and got one. If I couldn't find a parking place when I came in late, they helped me. Parking is limited and most cars are parked illegally in front of the hotel limiting emergency vehicles - I would be extremely concerned if a medical problem arose. Some overflow parking disrupted the neighboring businesses and a business owner was complaining at the front counter. I walked into my hotel and all seemed nice at first. I noticed that the floor was all uneven under my feet and i would step into mini pot holes.Not cool. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient to get to our destination of Universal Studios- just a short trip down the nearby freeway. The pool was refreshing, the breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold items and was well stocked at all times, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time, although he had an appendicitis attack the next morning and we spent the day at the hospital.
