Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

It was a great experience. We arrived a bit early (almost 7am!) and the rep was kind enough to let us checked in (we drove 10hours from washington D.C.!!) This is a big bonus! The hotel rooms were clean and nice. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The gym, although small, suited our needs. Wish there is an indoor pool since it's ~30 degree out... The front desk was courteous when I called to inquire about some liquor availability, but the bartender hung up on me while I asked my friends which would they like. Bartenders are pleasant in person. Room service did a good job of cleaning while leaving things undisturbed. A bit of a drive (~20min no traffic) to downtown but not too bad and I expected this when I looked it up on the map. Only has 2 working luggage carts. Wish wifi is free in-room, not just front lobby. Great restaurants across the streets.

"Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable"
I stayed here before catching a morning flight. We arrived late in the evening, but it was not a problem for the front desk staff, who were very friendly and accomodating. As we checked in we signed up for the airport shuttle, which was complimentary. The room had an empty refrigerator and a microwave, as well as plenty of space to decompress before […] the flight. Really dug the minimalist feel of the hotel and rooms. The pool and whirlpool we're great for a chill night in. The only bummer was the beds...too soft, too few pillows, no blanket.

Nice and clean hotel Room was perfect with bedroom, bathroom and tv/office as seperate rooms Restaurant at hotel had room service. Ordered food, left the room to get a bag from the car, by the time I got back to the room, the food was there. I had ordered ribs and my wife had chicken.

The hotel itself was great for the price. The rooms were clean and modern. My only complaint about the room was the terrible TV reception. The hotel resturant was quite expensive and the service was slow at times, but the food was very good.

"Great family hotel close to the airport"
Nice room, clean and equipped nicely for a family of four. the kids loved having their own room with the TV and the beanbag chairs too. Check in and check out was very simple and there are great places right down the road to grab a quick bite to eat or to sit and enjoy a more leisurely dinner. Great hotel for the money!
"Worked out very well"
The facility came as advertised, with the only real surprise being a happy one: the restaurant off the lobby turns out to be something of a local hotspot! And that was really a good thing since I didn't have a car and there's nothing within easy walking distance except perhaps another hotel.

We booked three of the corporate suites on a recent business trip to Toronto. We were meeting at the Toronto Congress Centre, and this hotel is just down the road from the facility. It appears to be a newer hotel, and boasts several quality features, such as a pretty good restaurant/bar (Moxie), a comfortable lobby with multiple televisions (sat feeds, […] though so beware thunderstorms), a pool, workout room, small concession area, and a coffee bar in the lobby. The rooms were very nice, but at their price point, there were a few small details that I would have not expected: (the shower head squirted you in the face whenever you turned the water on [standing outside the tub], the bathroom door was a bit out of line, necessitating some extra effort to close it completely) but overall I would certainly recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness, the attentive service staff, and it's location in relation to the highway. We took the family suite and it was smaller than I thought it would be. The pool was not heated and that too was smaller than it looks on line. The pool towels and pool service was not the greatest. The location was very conveient. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant...the selection was very limited.

Hotel was great, Room was a little overkill for the 3 days I was there but was reasonably priced. Breakfast at the Moxie was quick and consistently delicious. Concierge could have been more helpful when I asked about sites to see downtown Toronto for the one evening I had free. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We chose this hotel based on reviews of a travel site. We were very satisfied with our choice. Reasonable rates, friendly service in a boutique hotel. The only minor complaint was the slow running drain in the shower. We would recommend this hotel mainly for couples. We would choose this hotel for a future stay.

Was about 20 miles from down-town, but was easily accessable. Beds were rather soft, but we found them to be very comfortable. There is a $7 per day parking fee that I did not notice on their website. But it seems all the hotels charge for parking, even the ones out in the boonies like this one.

This is an excellent hotel. It's located next to the airport yet we did not hear any airplanes flying over. The hotel room was very quiet. This hotel is also very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Toronto.

The hotel is located in very close proximity to airport. This is a plus if you travel by plane, but it has a price: some planes roar on the take off just few hundred yards from the building. Everything was clean and working properly. The only thing was an ice machine across the hallway: when newly-made portion of ice collapsed inside it during the night, it awaken me every time. Very nice hotel. LOVE the lobby. The family suite was great...it was a bit small, but we made it work. Clean, attractive and comfy beds. Most staff were very friendly...only the one at check in seemed to dislike her job. The salt-water pool was neat...again, a bit small, but it worked.

"Internet slow"
The internet which was free didn't usually work for the 3 days we were there. I called the front desk and they said that it was because of wireless being on. So, I turned it off and still didn't work. When it did work, it was so slow that I couldn't upload any documents or send emails etc. Also, the hot water for the sink did not work and the hotel […] only provided 2 towels for three people to use. But, after asking they did provide more at least until the room was cleaned the next day and we had to ask again. Located close to the airport. Read more

The hotel is pretty new and clean but the room size and the amenities were a let down. There wasn't much space in the room and the owners try to compensate with a lot of closet space and drawers. I was there for 4 nights in the family suite. There were 5 of us in the room and it felt like we were on top of each other. Also, the only air conditioner […] is in the bedroom with the king size bed, causing the outer room with the bunk bed to be extremely warm due to poor ventilation.
