Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey - Jersey

Hotel is in a great location and if you've got a room facing St Aubin's bay then you'll not be disappointed. Hotel has a really nice terrace overlooking the marina which is an excellent spot for drinks and food, overall too the staff are excellent and super friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Booked a sea view, which was actaully a view of the bay of St Helier which was probably nicer than just the sea. Rooms were very large but the furnishings were quite cheap but made to look good. TV was really small formthe size of the room. Bed was really comfy and the pillows were excellent which is really all that matters for a hotel room.

A nice modern hotel right against the waterfront of the marina, good breakfast with friendly helpful staff . The hotel is a five minute walk to St Helier centre which is very nice after a large meal!

The Radisson was a new experience for my fiancee and I in Jersey. We tend to come once a year and hadn't stayed at this property before now. The location was well placed for walks into St. Helier for meals in the evening, or for the more adventurous, a walk along the wide bay all the way to St Aubins where there are also some fantastic places to dine. […] The room was clean and comfortable and was cleaned perfectly spotlessly every day with fresh toiletries added to your room. Our rate didn't include breakfast and we ate out every day so I can't comment on the catering in the hotel. We used the pool, steam room and sauna which were nice additions to the other hotels we've stayed at in Jersey who have not had these facilities. Despite what the guide in the room tells you, take a £1 coin to the changing rooms for a locker as otherwise your clothes and belongings will have to sit poolside like ours did! Read more

My wife and I were looking for a modern hotel near St. Hellier for our two night stay and the Radisson Blu was exactly what we wanted. The staff were friendly and efficient from check in to check out. We had full English breakfast in the hotel and dinner both nights. We stayed at the Radison for a short break prior to Christmas. We had a sea view room overlooking the bay which was clean with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom though compact was nicely appointed. We found the room to be quiet and had a comfortable stay in it. We upgraded to have the breakfast each day which was a good choice as it set us up for […] the day. it is a grand buffet style, with continental or full cooked english available. We also had dinner in the restaraunt a couple of nights and found the menu although not extensive to have enough choice to suit most appetites and the food when served was of a good standard. The staff were efficient and friendly and were able to deal with all our queries and requests, even when we returned home to discover we had left an item in the room, we rang the hotel and they arranged to have it posted back to us. I personally love the location away from the town center ( but within walking distance ) and with nice views across the marina and bay. Read more

Modern hotel in a good location beside the harbour and about a 10 min walk into St Helier. Good food and room service, facilites and helpfull, friendly staff. If you fancy going to the cinema and having a drink/meal, all of these are right besdie the hotel so goo for families.

Our stay at the Radisson started badly as we arrived on Thu at 3.30pm only to find our room was not yet ready. This is not what I'd expect from a hotel of this quality and they left us and our young son to sit in the lounge for another hour until we could finally get to our room. This was particularly annoying as we were supposed to be meeting friends […] at 4pm. Our next problem was the banging noise in the walls in the room (it sounded like expanding water pipes) which kept us all awake most of the first night. We asked to switch rooms the next day and were given one which was thankfully devoid of this problem, although some of our friends did have the same trouble too. On the Saturday night the hotel hosted a Halloween party for a large group of local youngsters in one of their function roooms, which meant banging dance music blaring out until 2am and again this left us with a terrible night's sleep. We were a couple of floors away from the main noise, so what any guests adjacent to the party thought I don't know! I understand this function was a special occassion, but feel all guests should have been warned and situated as far away from the noise as possible. There's no doubt the Radisson is an impressive looking hotel, in a fantastic location, with lots of services for its guests, but when the main reason you need a hotel is for a night's sleep we found it left wanting. Helpful staff, when we had a problem with the plug in our sink, someone came immediately to fix it. Although breakfast is a little pricey, there was a great selection and it was good quality. We'd definitely recommend this hotel. We used the pool on several occasions and it was always quiet.

The hotel was large and corporate and as such would probably appeal more to business travellers. We only stayed in a standard room without a seaview maybe we would feel differently if we had been in a better class room with more touches of luxury. The breakfast buffet was very good

The staff here at the hotel were top notch. It was my partners and I anniversary and we were upgraded as were the other members in our party. The only downside was that it was extremely wet and windy and the noise that came through from the wind was astounding. We stayed in room 421 which overlooked the beach but when it rained the water came through […] onto the windowsill and leaked onto the carpet. I did report it but this is a design fault and nothing to do with the hotel. The staff in the bar were excellent as were the little snacks you could order from the bar. For me this was my first visit to Jersey and felt the hotel was more suited for business conferences and would probably stay in another resort possibly St Aubins or Brelades Bay. We upgraded to a business room because we do travel for business although this was a pleasure weekend. It was well worth it and the views were stunning. The position of the hotel was ideal for us, we liked the terrace overlooking the marina and we were able to walk into the town. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Room 149 appears to have water pipes from the kitchen near it and there was a high whistling sound during the night. The view was superb. The decor and cleanliness was very good. Cinema and water centre nearby which is ideal for kids. Staff very attentive.

We got a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room which had stunning views of Elizabeth Castle and the Marina. The room was spacious and comfortable enough to fit 4 people (including cot and junior bed). Free parking for those who hire a car which is really convienient. Very good selection at breakfast too.

Good hotel which I felt was better suited for business clients than holiday makers. I found a big difference in their staff. Some days they could not do enough for you and be very polite and helpful, on other days your food or drink barely warrented a grunt when being served. Overall a good hotel but like the school reports say "could do better".

Lovely room with harbour view and beautiful sunsets. The hotel was easy walking distance into St Helier and the free car park was excellent. Coffee and tea making facilities in our room were great but we would have liked more milk and biscuits, 1 pack of biscuits between 2 is a bit stingy! On the same morning that there was a "flood" or "leak" in the Leisure Center (ultimately necessitating its closure), we had a power failure in our room. No one was available due to the "emergency".
