Infelizmente, já conhecia o Hotel como "One Bal Harbour Resort", agora, convertido em "Ritz". Excelente, especialmente por ter mantido seus maravilhosos funcionários, tal como o Juan, no restaurante, que se antecipa em atender e conhecer as necessidades dos hóspedes. Quando contratei o Ritz pelo sítio, esperava encontrar o que houvera encontrado em Montreal, Toronto, como também, em Boston. Ao deparar-me com o excelente hotel "One Bal Harbour Resort", convertido em "Ritz", ademais do péssimo trabalho do "HouseKeeping", foi decepcionante. Parece destoante, mas, é isto mesmo. Neste particular, desejo ressaltar o péssimo trabalho do "housekeeping", que deixava o quarto cheio de pó, tinha um péssimo "timing", como um determinado dia em que deixamos o quarto por volta de 12:00 h, e, retornando às 17:30 h, ainda não haviam feito o quarto, o que nos fez descer ao "lobby" do hotel, para esperar o término do serviço. Para lá não volto. Tudo se resume na decepção em escolher um "Ritz", e receber um hotel que já era regularmente utilizado por mim, ainda que maravilhoso. Acho que vão enfrentar este percalço com os antigos clientes do "One Bal Harbour Resort".

O Atendimento é muito bom, com funcionários sempre a disposição... Mas Hotel precisa de alguns cuidados com a manutenção dos apartamentos.

"Excelente propuesta para hotel de playa ."
Gran experiencia en este hotel . Ubicacion inmejorable , cerca de restaurantes, shoppings y alnacenes . Atencion bilingue de todo el personal y muy profesional . Servicio de playa incluido en el costo del hotel lo mismo que servicio de wi - fi . Equipamiento excelente del cuarto con luces dimerizadas y vistas excelentes al Oceano , balcon terraza y servicio de cafe en el cuarto. Ideal para evitar el ruido de South Beach y tener unas vacaciones de relax .

"Colchões velhos e deformados"
Excelente. A única observação a fazer e o estado dos colchões. Para pessoas que possuem algum problema na coluna, os colchões sao péssimos. Fica a sugestão de se disponibilizar colchões mais adequados (firmes)

"Bom, mas esperava mais."
Hotel bom, porém o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Hotel peca em detalhes tolos. Nem o básico que é o LATE CHECK OUT quando o hotel está vazio eles me deram. Para dizer que não deram, deram 1 hora a mais. Achei vários pontos negativos que me fazem não ter vontade de voltar mais nesse hotel. Fiquei no Acqualina ano passado, que é mais caro, mas vale cada centavo. Quem quer luxo, atendimento incomparável, praia quase particular...sem dívida nenhuma escolha o Acqualina. Obrigado.

Foi excelente ,pessoal da recepção e conciergoe amáveis ! Única nota destoante , que o serviço de arrumação da suite por dois dias não limpou e arrumou o quarto até as 6:00 Pm , embora tenha reclamado por diversas vezes e deixado a luz de arrumação acesa desde as 9:0 AM.

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en el hotel y la verdad que cada vez lo disfruto más! Las habitación son excelentes! Con una gran vista! La playa genial al igual que la pileta. Muy buena la atención de todos. Sólo mejoraría la comida en el bar de la pileta q no es muy buena

"5星らしいホテル"
部屋は広すぎず狭すぎず、バスタブは深く広いため日本人向きです。マイアミビーチもテラスからみえました。レストランの食事もおいしく適当な料金でした。プールも清潔でサービスも良かったのですが、家族連れの子供のマナーが悪かったことだけが残念です。

The rooms are fantastic and the service is top-notch. But as for the entire package, it feels lacking compared to other Ritz Carltons. The restaurant and bar area were OK at best. The meeting rooms were nice and would recommend for a business meeting. It was all just OK - not inspirational the way that I was hoping. I guess I just expected more because I went to the St Regis in Bal Harbour a couple years ago and it was stunning. I had expected the Ritz here to be more like that because it was Bal Harbour and I've often compared the two hotels.

Without a doubt our favorite hotel in Bal Harbour. We loved this place, it's simply amazing with gorgeous view and service, amenities and everything is just PERFECT! Our weekend was one to remember and we'll suggest this Ritz-Carlton location to everyone who wants an incredible experience. Just go for it.

this place is simply incredible. fully recommended whoever you are. the view, service, facilities, amenities - everything is perfect. its in a quiet area of town - which is perfect away from the crass south beach area. one of the best locations, if not the best, in miami

"Best Ritz-Carlton I Have Experienced"

I have stayed at several Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and mainly Ritz-Carlton Properties, primarily in the United States. All of these properties are all very nice, but this one is extra special. In fact, I think it might be the very best hotel I've ever stayed at. The service is incredibly attentive, even for a ritz. My mother had a bit of a scratchy throat; when she answered the door for the bellman, he caught on immediately. He finished putting our bags away and left. After a couple of minutes, he comes back with a pot of herbal tea that should help with her throat. The lady at the front desk could not accommodate a last minute early check in request of ours, so she treated us to Sunday brunch. The decor is just as stunning. Every inch of every hallway is stunning. We stayed in the baker tower, which only had two rooms per floor. This property was just terrific.

There's no question, without a doubt, my favorite Hotel Chain will always be the Ritz-Carlton (well, at least until I find something better). Every Ritz-Carlton I have been to has been top of the line. From the service, to the decor, ambiance, amenities, location I mean, you name it, it's the best at the Ritz-Carlton. It's a pricey hotel, not going to lie but to me if you can afford it, it's worth it!

Top class hotel in a fine location. Staff incredibly helpful. Superb furniture and fittings, toiletries etc. Very spacious room but I was lucky enough to be awarded an upgrade Also attended a conference where the facilities were adequate

Staff provided best service I have experienced in many years. Beautiful hotel, lovely beach, nice spa, overpriced restaurants. Very slow internet upload/download speeds in suite. Really a perfect location for beach (state park nest door is beautiful in addition to the hotel beach), restaurants, concerts, shopping (across the street from Bal Harbour Mall) pretty much everything.

The suite we got was very spacious , well furnished with two balconies and an ocean view which was not front but lateral. The location is very good in anice area and close to the main shopping area. Most of the services where provided with efficiency. Still it lacks the overall quality shown by other Ritz-Carlton properties

I was staying here for 4 days and this hotel Is one of the best I've been at. Rooms are not very spacious but are extra clean with amazing view. The lido bar is phenomenal and the service with Luis is exceptional... He was taking care of us all the time. Kudos to Mitch on the beach who was there for us every single day, welcoming us with a smile and having our bed ready for enjoyment. Amazing hotel will return soon

The hotel is excellent. Very friendly services, high level amenities, great location are among the good things of the hotel. Me and my wife were there to celebrate our 30th weeding anniversary. The staff sent us a sparkling wine along with chocolates. Really kind.
