We were all extremely pleased with the service and comfort of our room. Heidi greeted us as soon as we came in and had reserved 2 rooms. We were able to fit our party in one room. This hotel was attractive and comfortable and the service good. It is compromised somewhat by the proximity to the Hampton Inn on one side and HWY 101 on the other. This is our second time staying at La Bellasera. Another great experience. It's located close to the many vineyards. The pools are good for the little ones and the whirlpool in the suite is fantastic too. Will go back there again.

The room was very nicely decorated and the room was comfortable. It's a stretch but would recommend moving the shower head to the opposite wall so that the door doesn't interfere when turning the show on. The lemonade and ginger cookies were a nice touch.

The Hotel is not in the heart of the city, it is off the beaten path and we like that. It is not too big and the ambiance is wonderful. The food at the Enoteca rest was marvelous and I would recommend it to anyone. Prices were very reasonable and Sheila, our waitress, was fabulous. The swimming pool was tiny. The hotel smelled strangely and was right next to the 101 fwy. There was music playing 24 hours a day in the hallway. There was only one small, slow elevator and the stairwell led you outside the hotel, not the lobby. The bathrooms had glass doors that you could see through which was awkward.

There is a nice little shopping center adjacent to it, but overall felt like slim pickings. Plenty of wine tasting areas around. We recommend Castoro Cellars. My stay was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were fantastic. I left some things in the safe and the staff mailed them to me overnight. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the time and effort they took for me. Also, the peace of mind that they were handling the situation in such a professional manner. Went for an overnight stay with my husband. Stayed in the whirlpool room. Loved everything about it. The staff was wonderful. We were given the wrong room when we arrived, but the staff was wonderful. When I told them about the problem they immediatley apologized and corrected the error. I read some reviews that some did not like the fact the hotel […] was next to the fwy or off a "service road". That was never an issue. Once you were in the hotel, it felt as though you were in Tuscany and not in Paso Robles. The wine tasting is near and the restaurants in town were great. Our favorite winery was EOS winery. They have a fantastic chef. He served an unbeliveable, pasta! Have never had such delicious food and such great service before. Must be on your list of wineries to visit. Loved the small suite (booked at the last minute), very attractive, (almost trendy) unlike the usual hotel chain suites which are boring to the point of ugly. Useful info: No fridge, just an honor bar, but enough room to squeeze in a couple of sodas to keep'm cold. In our room, the coffee maker didn't work, but that was our only complaint. The bedding […] was outstanding, great comforter, pillows, etc. A great night's sleep. The Hotel itself, was also very attractive. The food in their restaurant, was wonderful. I had a filet mignon. It was definitely Ruth Chris caliber. The wines by the glass selection looked really good, and the cab I had by the glass was excellent. The hotel is very nice and clean. We had a fireplace in our room as well as a balcony (but too cold to use that in the winter.) Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom. Our only "complaint" was that the air conditioner/furnace kept coming on and it woke us up every time!
